I don't trust them. These people did not deliver on their promise and finish the job. I came to them a few weeks ago to replace a broken screen on my laptop by installing a third-party replacement screen that I had purchased on my own. When they looked at the computer they said that the computer wouldn't turn on and that they would call up Lenovo to bring a technician along to do the required work that was needed and also to install an official Lenovo screen (after noticing that the screen I brought had grey lines covering the picture). Though I was grateful that they installed the screen that I had purchased on my own, and got my computer working again, they did not effectively plan the time to which my Lenovo screen replacement would be installed. They continued to use "approximations" and "seeing what happens," but when they called the following Monday (out of nowhere) I was in the middle of an important matter, and could not come. They simply told me that the work would be done two days out (on Wednesday), and they did not give me a specific time for which to appear. Therefore, I assumed this meant they were going to call me when the Lenovo technician would arrive, just as they had done that very day. When Wednesday came, I waited all day for them to call and got nothing. After three days went by and still got no call, I called up to CP to ask when I would get my screen replaced. They said the technician was there on Wednesday, and that he was there for an hour and a half. After that, he gave up on my case. Brian nonchalantly LIED to me, saying that I was informed that I was supposed to get service at 2 on Wednesday (I wasn't). Again, I did NOT get a specific time for my service. Why didn't they call during the HOUR AND A HALF the technician was there? This makes me think that they really did not care, since they were not getting paid for the warranty service, so they just wrote me off. I don't trust...
Read moreOur relationship with Cbi began in July of 2017. Lance is a man of integrity and tremendous patience! I was not computer savey at all and was starting my business from scratch. Lance choice the computer system I needed for the POS system program I had chosen. He installed everything and made sure I had all of the ethernet connections installed in the proper places, he had a team come in to install everything and he installed our wireless connection as well. Through the years he and his team have responded to our needs in a very timely manner and ALWAYS solved our problems. Lance has a gentle quiet spirit and much humility. When I would be a wreck about a problem he would calm me just by the way he spoke to me and it would calm me down. This review is long overdue! Dropped off my laptop this afternoon and they called with an update and plan of action rather quickly. Unfortunately, my laptop was shorting out all over, but they checked into my warranty (luckily still had 2 months 😅) and gave me all the information/details for the warranty process. They absolutely could have skipped right over the warranty steps and charged me a ton to basically rebuild/replace it, but thankfully, they gave me an honest solution.
