I'm not sure what the protocol is but I'm going to make this a short as I can we were enjoying our time with our family and a little girl about the age of two came up to us we had no idea where her parents were we were looking everywhere I myself approached a white truck which was collecting trash the employee looked to be about 23 with purple dark hair and this was on Sunday I asked her if she could page somebody or if she knew where to go to the quickest since she did work there to get help finding a lost child's parent she was absolutely rude she was rolling her eyes and she made it clear to me with her own words that she is not the police and she needs to collect the trash before she worries about a Lost child I looked her straight in her eyes and I told her that I would be reporting her for her rudeness first of all and second of all for being so inhumane about it serious situation which I'm sure that mother was frantically looking for her child yes I realize you're collecting trash and you are not the authorities but being an employee I would figure you have a better idea of who to get a hold of how to get a hold of somebody where to go etc especially considering the fact that I don't live in that area absolutely road I don't know how all the employees are but that was my first encounter with an employee and she needs some home training because her rudeness and her tone she barely wanted to roll down her window and also while she was driving with children and people all around she had earbuds in I'm pretty sure that's not allowed I called a number it said mayor above it and left a message because there was so many different options I didn't know which one the call to report her hopefully this is seen because she needs to be talked to and she needs to know that a lost child is way more important...

Your choices in the Columbus area are basically this or deer Creek Beach and this one's actually a nicer beach in my opinion. The reason I'm giving this a one-star is I can't stand the fact that they offer no way to verify if the beach is open for the day or not. I tried calling and hitting every single option to try to speak to somebody and no one's answering the calls and this has happened multiple times not just in one day. The only reason I mention this is the last time I drove up there with my young daughter I got there in the beach was closed even though it had been dry for a couple of days but I guess it flooded prior to the dry days but there's no way to verify if they have the Beach open or not and I'm not taking any chances living on the southside of Columbus of driving 45 minutes just to find out it's closed. if you don't want your day ruined I suggest trying to contact deer Creek they occasionally will at least answer the phone and let you know if the beach is open or not. It's only this park I've contacted multiple parks in attempt to see if they would know if the beach was open of course none of them are fully aware but they all answer their phones at least. if you're with a group of adults I guess it's not a big deal if you have to drive way but try telling that to a three or four year old that you plan on going to the beach and seeing how they react. don't understand why it's so difficult to answer the phone or at the very least have something on the website which they can easily update as to whether or not it's...
