I did (according to my husband) WAY too much research before buying a trampoline for my 6 and 2.5yr old. I settled on this one bc it was within our price range, multiple trampoline blogs say they are a great company and it advertised a new design for the net/mat which is safer for little hands/feet. The trampoline arrived in good condition and everything appears to be great quality. I put it together by myself and my only complaint about this is that the instructions absolutely SUCK and have basically no words so I had to redo a couple of steps as it was my first time putting together a trampoline (I'm usually really good at assembling things). No big deal, still got it done in a few hours.
Unfortunately when I took out the mat and net I realized it was not the design I had ordered. I was able to contact customer service and talk with Stefanie who immediately got to the bottom of the issue. They are sending me the correct pieces and I am so incredibly impressed with the customer service aspect of this company and as long as the trampoline holds up I will continue to purchase from them. I was so afraid to buy a trampoline from an online company bc if we had issues or hated it I was worried we would be out of luck. I have peace of mind knowing I can actually get a hold of someone right away when I need to, and that they actually HELP you!

Read moreI placed an order on 05/20/2020 (order included a trampoline replacement mat & 5 packs of premium springs) which was shipped out on 5/22/2020. I thought that was a superb turnaround time. I received the package on 05/27/2020 & the only thing included was the replacement mat & a spring tool but no springs. I called & received a recording that they were currently not taking calls due to high demand & order volume. I sent an email to their “help” department per their recording & website direction on 05/27/2020. I promptly received a response that they should respond to most emails within 5 days. It’s been 10 days, 8 of which have been business days & I have still not received a response. Yesterday, 6/4/2020 I left a voicemail to follow up. Still nothing. Today I received a request to review my recent purchase. I cannot review the product because all I have is a replacement mat that is no good without the springs I also purchased. I can say as far as customer service, at this point I am extremely dissatisfied. Read moreI would love to review the actual performance of the replacement mat and premium springs i ordered but they decided to charge me for all the items i ordered and confirm shipment and confirm delivery even though they did NOT send the 7 packs of premium springs (the bulk of my order). This wouldn't be as big of a deal if i could actually get through to a person on the customer service/help phone line they advertise to call in this situation... you call to hear a recording tell you they are not taking any calls. They say it'll be at least 5 days to respond to emails, as if we haven't waited long enough for a super slow delayed shipment that took forever to send an incomplete order. Customer service should at least be taking calls for missing shipment items.
