I STOPPED HERE FOR BREAKFAST. THERE WAS A VERY LONG LINE IN THE DRIVE THRU. THERE WAS ALSO A LINE FORMING OUTSIDE THE DOOR.. SADLY AFTER A VERY LONG WAIT. HOWEVER, AFTER 20 TO 23 MINS WAIT TIME, I WAS INFORMED THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST.
THERE WAS NOTHING BUT BEVERAGES AND SOME DESSERTS. THERE WAS NO SANDWICHES, NO.... I INQUIRED WHY A SIGN WAS NOT POSTED OUT FRONT? I ASKED WHY ALLOW THE LINE TO EXTEND THAT LONG? CUSTOMERS ON THEIR WAY TO WORK... ARE WAITING IN LINE FOR A LENGTHY AMOUNT OF TIME. PREPARED TO ORDER, AND THERE IS NOTHING MUCH TO ORDER. TO ADD INSULT, THE FEMALE EMPLOYEE WITH GLASSES, TAKING THE ORDER WAS RUDE. SHE SNAPPED AT ME. THE SADDEST PART IS THAT SO MANY PEOPLE WANT TO WORK. MANY PEOPLE TAKE PRIDE IN THE WORK THEY DO...
THE COMPANY BELONG TO THE OWNERS, NOT TO THE EMPLOYEES. HOW DARE THE EMPLOYEE MISREPRESENT THE OWNERS BUSINESS?
STAR BUCKS IS A GREAT PLACE. HOWEVER, MY EXPERIENCE ON THIS DAY, AT THIS LOCATION WAS DISAPPOINTING AND UNPLEASANT. I WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION EVER. THE MANAGER SHOWED NO RESPECT FOR THE TIME OF OTHERS. THIS LOCATION FAILED IN SEVERAL AREAS. THE EMPLOYEES CAN BENEFIT FROM BEING RETRAINED OR TERMINATED. THIS LOCATION LACKED COMPASSION FOR THE CUSTOMER. IT WAS NOT ALL THE EMPLOYEES. THAT ONE MADE A HUGE NEGATIVE IMPRESSION ON THE WHOLE STORE.
IN MOST CASES THE OWNER HAS INVESTED GREATLY INTO THEIR BUSINESS. WORKED HARD, SACRIFICED MUCH. SO WHY ALLOW AN EMPLOYEE TO THROW IT ALL AWAY? BUSINESS OWNERS ARE DEDICATED TO ESTABLISHING A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS. ONE WITH EMPLOYEES WHOM SUPPORT THEIR VISION OF PROVIDING 5 STAR SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I SUPPORT BUSINESS OWNERS. I DO NOT SUPPORT DISGRUNTLE, UNWORTHY EMPLOYEES. IF YOUR. ONE OF THE OWNERS READING THIS, DO NOT TAKE MY WORD. IF THERE IS VIDEO FOOTAGE , WATCH IT. ASK THE OTHER EMPLOYEE ABOUT THIS DAY. IT APPEAR TO BE THEIR NORMAL WAY OF CONDUCTING SERVICE.

Read moreUpdated review: this location went from bad to worse. The crew is very unfriendly and makes me feel bad for asking them to make my order correctly. I ordered a Trenta and I got a grande size drink, the grande tasted fine (a little bland). However, as soon as I told her that I ordered the larger size and I wanted the drink remade so I get what I paid for. I just watch the woman from the drive-through window just pour my smaller drink in the larger size then filled with water so it fit in the Trenta size.
It took them forever to complete all the orders for takeout and mobile. I waited at the front counter for 5 mins while the woman who was supposed to be watching the front was taking a personal phone call. I watched them get order after order incorrectly, four mobile orders had to get their drinks remade. It took them 20 mins to make egg bites and a refresher.... definitely not...
Read moreI was just happy to find a place open at 530 in the morning. However, even though the service was fine and the food was brought out timely, someone walked in not wearing a mask. I thought it was a tired customer; nope, it was an employee who walked behind the counter and started pouring himself coffee. Not one other employee stopped him and asked him to put on a mask. I also saw an employee come out from the back with her mask pulled down around her chin chatting to another employee. Very disappointed. Will not come back here again.
