Genki Grill — Restaurant in Orange

This hole in the wall Korean teriyaki grill place is amazing! The portions and nice and big and the meat is so well cut and cooked. It is fresh and all three sauces (two spicy sauces and one teriyaki sauce) are absolutely delicious. The people were very kind and the food was delicious.

I had the Genki Bowl, which includes 2 meats, rice, and veggies, for only $7.80! Where else in Orange County can you get a good, healthy, filling meal for that price?!

I chose the spicy pork and the beef, which are cooked Korean BBQ-style and it was delicious.

Also, there was no upcharge for brown rice.

This place is delicious! Simple, healthy, quick, and inexpensive.

You have a choice of 4 proteins, then white/brown rice with/without veggies or just all veggies. Can mix and match up to two meats. And there's 3 different portion sizes.

I got the genki bowl with brown rice veggies spicy pork and chicken. Chicken was juicy and the spicy pork had a lot of flavor.

Ate here once while I was getting my bike worked on next door, and the spicy pork bowl was delicious. However, between being closed on weekends and open 10-6 on weekdays, I never seem to have a chance to eat here anymore. I'd love to eat here more often, but they've been closed the last 3 times I've been in the area, and even if I wanted to drive all the way down here just for their food, they're closed after most people would be getting...
