This museum is a bit unique. I don't know that there's many other similar museums around the country so to be able to come in to hear and see some of the old trucks and unique applications that some of these trucks were used for is a fun experience. I enjoyed seeing a couple of 2/3 scale models of Freightliner trucks. They were actually used and have complete operating power trains and fully functioning systems. It was fun for the kids to go through the museum and identify what various trucks were used for and to count the number of tires on some of the trucks.

Family of four with kids age 8 and 10 and we had a fantastic time! The kids surprised me by being really into it and wanting selfies with almost all the vehicles. The volunteers were not only engaging they were extremely outgoing making it a great customer service experience. We got a guided tour by an expert on the collection and we learned so much! The park of museums/collections has dozens of attractions and we got in for 10 bucks, ate packed lunches and spent a little more on optional activities. We can't wait to go again!

This place is absolutely incredible. The museum is laid out well and is very classy. There is a wealth of information provided about all the trucks and exhibits. We got a complete tour from the curator who was amazing. If you have even the slightest interest in trucks, this is a must-stop. There are also several free museums located within walking distance that are worth checking out.

I drove from Salem to bring my 4 year old here on Saturday (only open on the weekend) to find out all the museums were closed to anyone under 21, this was not posted on any of their websites. As we walked up we saw a few adults riding on the mini kids train, after hearing they’re not allowing anyone under 21 I had to explain to a crying 4 year that he couldn’t ride it. Very confused about what this place...
