Cinnabon — Restaurant in Oregon

my husband and son went way out of their way to bring me a box of cinnabons because I love them so much! what they brought home is not remotely Cinnabon quality. the bread was not raised enough so it was hard and thin, not fluffy, it was overcooked and dry, not enough icing on them to know there was any, and they tasted like they've been sitting in the box for a week! I was expecting luxury cinnamon rolls and I got cardboard. I guess this is what happens when you buy gas station food... I've never been so...
