Springwater Park — Attraction in Orem

Great park with a wide field perfect for bringing your pets. Has a good sized playground for the kids and a basketball court, tennis court and I believe a kickball area as well for those who like sports. Not to mention the nice covered picnic area this park has it all without feeling oversized. The only backdrop is that on the far end of the park there's this area that gets swampy in the spring and summer and as a result has a strange smell if you get too close. This park used to be super nice when we first moved into the neighborhood several years ago. Now people use the big dumpsters as a dumping ground and trash is always all over the place. People let their dogs run wild. Teens are always smoking on the play ground equipment. The raw sewage smell for the water plant doesn’t help much.
