I am so impressed with the customer service here. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and I had ordered a dress off of a different website, after waiting till the last minute to see if it would arrive in time I couldn't wait any longer. I found a dress on Lime Lush that was cute and the color I needed. I had messaged them to see if I could come pick it up since I live in Utah. They got back to me within 24 hours and told me that unfortunately they are not set up to do pick-ups. This was totally fine, not their fault I needed the dress last minute. I had decided to pay to over night it, and put a note in the comments section to hopefully have it shipped out that day (Thursday) so I could receive it the following day (Friday) as the wedding was on Saturday. I also called to see if they had gotten my request. Kiersten had emailed me and picked up my call letting me know that their Fedex guy had already come for the day but that she would personally drop it off so I could receive it in time.    Read moreShelbi from customer service lacks rendering good customer service refuses to look at photos upon request, and leaves you hanging on the weekends. She asked for photos that the sizing chart was off, which I provided but I guess she no longer wanted to see them because they werenât correct. I sent them of the bust area, but then she said that she wanted them of seem to seem which I also provided which she also refused to resolve after telling me that she would work to correct the issue if it was off. Iâve been emailing their email for over two weeks and even though she verified that I was emailing the correct email for some reason she reports âshe doesnât have any of my emails to referenceâ. Poor customer service and not honoring the products that you sell with an incorrect sizing chart is a true reflection of what type of company this is, stay far away!! Too bard it sounds like this is an ongoing issue for Shelbi. I hope she gets the true customer service training...
   Read moreThis company is so awesome! I ordered a dress for a wedding and it came in a very timely manner. Unfortunately it just didnât look as good on me as I had hoped (not their fault). By the time I decided I didnât like the fit it was past the time frame for a refund to my card. Fortunately, I found another dress on their site I liked. I was worried I wouldnât have time to send the first dress back, have the return processed, get the the in store credit, and order the new dress. I emailed them to see what I could do and they were so sweet and helpful! Bethany informed me that I could just order the new dress now before it went out of stock and theyâd just refund the amount for that dress to me so it would be like I used credit.
