Tinley Wine and Spirits — Attraction in Orland Township

Me and my husband visited the store on 19 Oct 19. We are residents and workers of the city of Chicago. We where in orland at a Hilton for sweetest day. We went into the store to buy wine for the evening. We were being serviced by the clerk who was obviously new when another male came from outside and began to take over the register. He was very rude and disrespectful to us after we expressed concerns about the item that the first clerk had added up on our bill. He actually tossed a calculated at my husband after the inquiry. We asked for a refund of the items that we did purchase and left the store. I have never and will never stand for behavior as such. I’m going to make sure all my friends as well as colleague are made aware of my experience. I know there’s no audio but Watch your cctv for proof of your cashiers behavior approx 2315. atamanaa...

Listen... Great selection yet bad customer service... Expensive

Owner with black hair/beard goes, " we don't accept pennies." I said all I have is 5.50$ and that's what the gas station charges 100 ft away."

The owner then tells me " you can shop somewhere else then."

I said I do not have the intent to insult you, but all I have is 5.50$

Then a stranger tossed me two bucks and I bought a pint of skull for 6.30$

The owner said " well the same old chums will come in anyways."

Bad service, disrespectful YET good selection

High prices, bad service, great selection period... Don't listen to the 5/5...

My husband and I have been going here for years. The owner and employees are ALWAYS FRIENDLY and helpful. Excellent selection of wine, beer and liquor. Prices are very competitive. I would give 10...
