Tinley Park Plaza — Local services in Bremen Township

The mall itself seems pretty friendly has stores different places where you can go and Shop the place I went though this particular day was Batteries Plus horrible horrible experience overpriced and bad service which was a surprise to me because I have been going to this place for years and the service had been impeccable up until this day I came in with three items that need batteries a new employee took the items to the back came back and said hey the batteries are in that'll be $54 I said for three batteries it's $54 the new employee said that includes the install fee I asked how much is the install fee $10 for each item I grabbed one of the items from him open up the back took the battery out and put it in and inquired are you actually charging me $10 to do that he replied to me that's my job I was shocked horrified told him I will not be paying him $10 to put a battery in a remote control so he took that off the price I then paid the difference because I no longer wanted to argue or dispute I just never wanted to go back to that place again so my experience at Batteries Plus in this Plaza was horrific. I just remembered I did forget to mention that the new employee never mentioned to me what the cost was before taking the items at that point it was just an inquiry when I mention to him don't you think you should tell me how much the stuff cost before you write me up a bill he just made some kind of a grunting sound very...

I don't know when the last time I was so disappointed in my shopping experience. Perhaps I'm this was my fault and that I continue to think of Burlington as the "Coat Factory" when in fact it is no longer.

I gave up on looking for a coat and decided to buy a few gym shoes. Both the men's and women's shoes are so mixed and messy....it took me hours to find 2 pair.

In the bright side, if you enjoy shopping at Marshall's and TJMax type stores and if you are looking for affordable housewares, home accessories, kitchenware, children's/ men's/women's clothing, luggage and handbags, toiletries, gifts or nicnacks...this is the store for you!

Just don't try and find a huge...

It's a little hard to shop there, because their store is a little cluttered and it's hard to get someone to help you there. We finally found a stock young man that was able to assist us. But, he brought back the wrong product. He place it on the counter and before we could see exactly what it was the young lady rung it up. We got out to the car and saw that's not what we asked for. We just put on the back seat and laughed. We just said we will give it to Goodwill. Surely it can benefit some...
