so I had came into the store today October 12, 2024, and I was initially browsing, but I was intended to buy some bundles or at least a wig And it was my first time coming into this shop since I’ve seen it all over Instagram and Facebook so my first initial experience with the two cashiers I didn’t have any issue with them. They didn’t show me any issues. They weren’t rude however the manager moe He gave off very what you want and Had a bit of an attitude when I wouldn’t say I’m looking for an expensive quality type of hair .

I tried to get away from speaking to him directly because I know what I’d want and although he gave me very reasonable and sensible deals, the type of attitude he gave off made me feel uncomfortable after I agreed on what bundles I get I tried to browse the isles in case I missed anything for me to do my hair and it was almost like he didn’t want me to go look around the store like i was about to steal he didn’t want me to be alone i specifically asked him not to follow me to the bundle section and I didn’t even know if I wanted to get the bundles or not, but he still followed me still bothered and ultimately he was there up until I left the store almost like he was watching me and coercing me to spend money, which was my choice granted but i couldn’t wait to leave!!!! BAD Customer service is at this place. I could see good pricing and cheap pricing does not equate to good customer. Service will never be spending my money here again this place will go down with how...

I honestly do not know where to start. An FB acquaintance was nice enough to refer the older lady that works in the wig section of the store. This was suppose to be an investment but unfortunately , for ME, my money has gone to the dogs. I've given this wig countless opportunities to act right and to this day, it is still a disappointment.

DO NOT purchase any human hair front lace or full lace wig, assuming they're coming from the same source, from this establishment. I spent almost $400 dollars for a wig that sheds profusely every single time it's brushed. The back/nape of the wig tangles something horrible and I have to remove that piece with scissors to prevent it from looking worse. Even sitting in the car will have the back of this wig frizzing and tangling. Not even conditioner helps! As a matter of fact the shedding is worse when the hair is wet. I'm surprised it still has this much hair left.

I can't simply brush the wig and walk out of the house. I have to spray it with water and apply mousse every two days or it'll look like a big, poofy mess. I can't stress how disappointed I am! Forget ever running your fingers through it, perhaps on the first 3 days.

I should've known better from the moment I realized that she became deceitful about pricing. I was first looking at the front lace wigs then proceeded to view the full lace wigs and all of a sudden I am being quoted the same price for both when at first the front lace wigs were less. As friendly as they may...

Being very honest here. I love this place! They have a large variety of products so it’s pretty much a one stop shop for hair products and even other beauty supply items. I live near the airport but will drive from there to this place because I like what I get for my dollars. Understand the place is a mom & pop type shop that employs many other people besides there kids (love this whole heartedly).

I’ve bought the natural bundles from them, different pack hair and crochet hair, and was even stepped into try out wigs but making them fit me to look super natural. Each items I’ve been able to where at minimum a month (I don’t go past a month - posted pics). I purchase different hair products and skin care items from them (loving charcoal soaps, cleanser and masks at the moment). There is always people walking around asking if you need help. Some of the other reviews mentioned workers being on their phone but honestly they can work and still pick up their phones every now and then while being productive...I work in an office environment and do it too; just not recklessly.

At the end of the day I’ve been all over for a decent place to get products from since I’m not the order online type of lady (instant gratification) and this place has comparable prices, a large variety and is very consistent for me as far as service goes. I’ll continue shopping here as long as I...
