My Husband and I purchased a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from Elite Auto Sales on 7.19.2025. Due to technical issues with the DMV website, we couldn't bring the van home that day. We were promised a new touch screen audio system (that they paid for), that wouldn't be delivered for a few days. It was supposed to arrive on 7.23.2025 but it didn't come until 7.24.2025, we picked the vehicle up on that day. When I backed the van up to leave, I noticed that the backup camera didn't show up on the screen like it did with the old one. I thought that since it was a new screen, there was a setting I needed to change. We had driven an hour and half to get the van so we went home and I tinkered with the settings later. I texted Carolina, the Owner, on 7.25.2025. I expressed my disappointment and she seemed to be concerned. The last communication I had with her was on 7.29.2025. Today is 8.1.2025 and I'm no longer waiting to do my review. IF they do right by me, I will give an update. They bought a brand new touch screen for the van, THAT DOESN'T CONNECT TO THE BACK UP CAMERA! My Husband spent over $11,000 cash for this van for me and now I'm embarrassed that I even did business with them. Read moreFirst, I need to start by saying this review is roughly a month late. However, a car is a big decision & time should be spent before leaving feedback. With that said, our purchase experience was great (including the car itself) & I can't say enough good things about E.A.S.! The service is exceptional with 0 pressure (which is a huge deal if your used to going to various car lots used or new). We dealt with Johanna specifically & she was A-MAZING! Our situation was unique in that we needed to purchase in a tight time frame. Having space & time to test several cars in one day & take our time was necessary. (usually, we research & whittle down months in advance before committing) The entire staff was great & most patient as we narrowed down our decision & found what we needed. They have late-model vehicles at fair pricing & do their very best to make sure you're taken care of. I can't thank everyone at Elite enough, esp. Upon getting there the service was astounding. I completely planned to leave with this (what I thought was as advertised) on their website.
But it's all just a mask they put on to sell cars. They advertise cars with "no damage", but after driving an hour from Sanford, test driving the car, and REALLY looking it over, come to find out there isn't just a couple dents and some scratches to the paint, but some more extensive damage to the undercarriage on the right front passenger tire.
Now...generally, most people wouldn't think to look there. I guess they thought they could get away with it. I may be a female but I'm not naive. Come on guys. Do better. Stop trying to unload mis-advertised cars and they will sell even quicker and you won't get any more poor reviews as I do see this isn't the first time.
They threatened to also leave me a bad review, and they are welcome to. But you guys can really do better than this for your customers and at least advertise correctly.. Thanks...
