aVenue Event Group — Attraction in Orlando

Our team had the pleasure of working with Charlton McBride and Chloe Hagle with aVenue Event Group at Ole Red in Orlando FL. We had 5 weeks to plan an event for 100 people and we were planning this event from NH! This event was a meet and greet with our outgoing University President and incoming University President, and I'm thrilled with how pleased everyone was with the event! Charlton and Chloe were so patient with all of my questions and made sure I felt confident and at ease, especially planning from so far away. The food at Ole Red was the best and the staff superb. The amazing staff at aVenue helped us turn what could've been a watered down virtual holiday party in 2020 into an event that set the bar for future events and one that people continue to talk about and share. In partnership with their Mathers venue, we were able to create an engaging social experience virtually with a custom cocktail class and hand-delivered party and cocktail kits to all of our employees, and it even allowed us to help our remote and long-distance employees feel more included than ever! Both when we were attempting to plan an in-person event and when we had to pivot to virtual, aVenue was fantastic to work with, willing to brainstorm and accommodate however possible. I worked with Megan on a reception that took place last weekend. I must say, having worked with other planners/coordinators in the past, Megan and her team truly stand above the rest. She was such a pleasure to work with; reliable, communicative, reassuring. She had everything sorted out and seemed to anticipate all of my needs.
