MojoMan Swimwear & Clothing — Attraction in Orlando

Hello, I am writing because I have a question about how you employes handle customers. On two separate occasions my partner or myself visited your stores.

When I visited your store near Colonial Dr. a gentleman who had a shaved head swung my changing curtain open and asked if I help adjusting. Is it your store policy for your employees to invaded customers privacy while attempting to try on clothing from your store? That struck me as very odd, but if that’s how you make your money I’ll just spend mine elsewhere. I could also just order from someplace online to avoid this entire situation. Your store are the only places i’ve ever had anyone come inside my changing room.

And your Orange Ave. store isn’t much better when I comes to inappropriate behavior. My partner told me that one of your employees came into his changing room after he’d changed into your product... then he reached & attempted to adjust him while saying “I would wear it like this”

If this is what goes on regularly it would be nice it there was a warning so I can just spent my money elsewhere. It’s just borederlind harassment & puts a bad look on the Gay community when everything is just so sexualiized.

Recently I went to downtown Orlando and had a few drinks at the bar next-door. then we walked in to check out the merchandise. We saw a lot of nice things swim wear , jockstraps you name it they had it . I saw something that I really liked it and I was encouraged by the store attendant to to try it on while I was in the dressing room the attendant , just walk in like it was normal he didn’t knock or asked to come in. What professional department store has a curtain for door? Does your staff not respect anyone’s privacy? If I needed help I would ask !!!! Just when you think the story is over it gets worse. After he comes in . He adjusted the front part of my underwear touching my private area and that’s when I had enough! In the moment I wish I stood up for myself and said something !!!

Please do not go here ! And if you need to try something on do it at home

First time I was served by this older white guy on a Saturday he was great. I think he's a manager. Second time I was served by a latino guy on a Sunday a couple weeks ago and my experience totally changed. This guy was on phone and kept yelling at me from the desk. I said I'm ok multiple times. Then I was trying on underwear in the changing room. He basically walked right in on me. I am not sure if this place gives "extra service" to people but that's disgusting to me. I left everything and wont be back. I tried calling to speak to a manager, but he picked up. I gave 2 stars only because my first experience was ok and the selection is ok. The second worker should have negative stars and be fired. Update: I called last weekend to speak with manager as the store response stated to do.
