My mother and me have been coming here for years and we absolutely love the location, but it's the technicians that really make this nail shop shine.
We were worried when we found out ownership was changing, but so far, amazing!
I could spend hours talking about their new pedicure chairs-
And the updates make the spa way more sleek and modern.
Most importantly though, they kept our technicians!
Personally I've never had a bad experience here, neither has my mom, and we were thrilled to see old faces in the revamped spa.
They've added so many options for pedicures too! Super excited for the paraffin dip, it's just calling my name.
And did I mention the chairs? They literally hug you, your arms, that's right, the chair massages your arms too! Even your shoulders get some love in the thing.
They also hired, or at least have more providers on Sunday mornings now, which is super awesome. I'm always down to try a new tech!
And let me just say, Steve was phenomenal! I'm not going to lie, I'm very sensitive and definitely ticklish, but Steve was adept at working my feet in a way where I wasn't constantly jumping, on our service. Let me tell you, that almost never happens, there's usually a learning curve for how obnoxiously sensitive to touch I am, but his slow yet firm technique worked wonders for me.
And Yen (really feel like I butchered her name, so sorry, I am not much of a talker) has been my mom's favorite Practitioner for years and with good reason. The woman is meticulous and takes pride in her work. Amazing massage technique, her hands are like magic.
If you're looking for a new nail spot, or have had a poor experience with CA nails in the past, I highly suggest trying it out! Sarah and her associates are really killing it!
Sorry, just had to come back, there was no way I couldn't add Kathy, she her foot massage was the best I've ever received, genuinely, felt amazing! Definitely highly recommended getting a pedicure from her, absolutely epic.
And as usual Yen (sorry about spelling) did an absolutely awesome job on my moms feet.
Seriously, 10/10 you don't want to miss our on these tech's!
Great job!
*ammendment *
Kathy, Nina, and Sarah are also phenomenal technicians that really go above and beyond in their attention, time, and care. You can really tell how dedicated they are to their craft, and always so personable...

I went in for a mani pedi this afternoon and had inspo pictures prepped to show the nail tech (included in review). I was sat down and asked to choose colors to match the designs i wanted, which i did, and i took pictures of the specific colors to help show the nail tech. When i showed her my designs, she told me she would choose the colors, despite me trying to show her the specific ones id chosen from the samples (like i was asked to do). As you can see in the image, the nails i got are NOWHERE near what I requested. The nail tech got to work, not asking if i wanted tips to add length to the nail, and began complaining about how short my nails were. I was confused, because she was able to add tips if needed, but didnt ask me if thats what i would like. Therefore I didn't know if they even offered it as a service. She made several complains about how my nails were "too short to look good" and that i asked for "too much design" for that nail length. My issue is that the design attempted looks NOWHERE NEAR the images shown, not in color, not in aesthetic, not at all. They turned out chunky, uneven, and frankly, uglier than I could've imagined. Even on short nails, if the tech had any semblance of skill, youd be able to see similarities. But as you can tell, there are none. Not to mention the amount of comments and complaints made to me had me feeling SO disrespected. I paid for my nails ($60 by the way, a total rip-off) and left without my pedicure because i felt so irritated. Now I have to find another salon to fix this before my vacation. Do not go here, its not worth this. Now I will say that the man helping me at the counter was incredibly kind, and the initial impression I had prior to being seated was very positive, but again, after what I experienced I will NEVER...
Read moreTried CA Nails for the first time today, and I will not be going back, due to poor care of cuticle treatment during my manicure. Bloody details below.
Cons: On multiple fingers, there were cuts made outside the cuticle line that were deep enough for my finger to start bleeding in and outside of the cuticle line. Most cuts were outside of my cuticle- which demonstrates poor accuracy and care and resulted in a really painful experience! When you have cuts on 5 out of 10 fingers, that alcohol + acetone life is bad. Additionally, the manicurist asked a coworker for help multiple times. This gave me the impression that she wasn’t sure what to do, and then her process affirmed that. Please ask for help if you need it, but it was clear that this employee was not trained well in manicure technique and should not be assisting customers.
Pros: The people were very friendly, and they definitely knew a lot clientele by name. The space had a lot of care taken for Covid precautions- clear barriers on all nail and pedicure stations. The massage chairs were lovely, too! My pedicure was...
