buyer be aware - this is just a sales pitch. They aren't really going to consult on your actual skin situation, they are going to pitch products as a hurdle before you receive any treatments. So, they will try to pitch you that the products are needed to get the intended result. But, it's just a pitch to buy expensive products and the consultation fee is really just you paying $100 for them to pitch you on products. I think we spent about 30 secs talking about my specific skin issues and the remainder of the hour was on products. Massive waste of time and money. Also, not ethical and not up front. When I asked for a refund, they denied it. To me, if you care about your customer experience, you'll give the refund with no questions asked. If they had I wouldn't be writing this review. I hope the $100 was worth it for them. There are much better places to go with much more mature experience, like Poris...

Nona Med Spa is amazing! Michelle and Katie are both so knowledgeable and really talented at what they do. I get Botox with Michelle and the results have been amazing. She’s such an artist. It turns out perfectly every time. Little to no pain, no bruising, and the placement of every injection is mapped out perfectly by her. I get facials and product recommendations from Katie and have loved it all. It’s such a relaxing experience and I can’t wait to try other treatments with her. I have seen such a change in my skin since coming here. I also want to mention the overall kindness of everyone here. From when you walk through the door to the treatment rooms..you feel like you are chatting with friends. Can’t recommend this...

Katie is amazing! I’ve always had problematic skin from breakouts to skin too dry, then too oily, skin too sensitive, etc. I was always so embarrassed about my hyperpigmentation from picking at my face. Put it this way, I wouldn’t even leave the house without makeup. But Katie has helped by creating a routine with the right products for my skin. I was always afraid of using too much products and it worsening my problematic skin. But she has helped me choose the perfect products to help me obtain my skin goals. She has also helped me choose the proper skin treatments. She answers any questions or concerns I have.
