Just picked up my mobile order with my wife and kids. I placed the order to be picked up from 10:45a to 11:00a. We got there at 10:53a and to our surprise coffee were cold and my ice cold brew had no ice already. It had all melted and the coffee was watery and tasteless. We ordered the new pumpkin seasonals and let me tell you they are not worth the time and money. We went to another bug chain yesterday and tried theirs and they we as usual good and sugary.

My order was incomplete. My breakfast turkey sausage bagel was missing. They had no banana nut bread and it was substituted by a hazelnut doughnut. Cheap nutella in other words.

Ambiance is cold and impersonal. Three guests had arrived and no one greeted them nor directed them on how to order. There was a gentleman at the cash register and did not bother to assist them. I don't want to think this happened because of the color of their skin. They waited, looked lost and finally asked another gentleman behind the counter for help. At this point the gentleman at the cash register mustered energy to assist them.

This place is cold and not family friendly. Disney take note!!! Staff does not engage with customers and the quality of the food is very low. Trust me there are other better breakfast joint in the...

Foxtail has been open for several months now, but I just had my first visit recently.

The coffee shop is adorable! The decor, the seating, everything is very thoughtfully done. You feel very comfortable the moment you want in. I ordered a Chai Latte. I am VERY particular when it comes to chai and hands down, this is the best Chai Latte I’ve had. It’s very spicy and flavorful! It’s a small space but surprisingly comfortable.

Now... I understand this is a larger chain but it still feels like a small town coffee shop. I did take a star off for the friendliness of the employees. I came around lunch and I’d assume it may have been the end of their shifts. I wasn’t greeted and when I was handed my drink, there was no interaction. If I’m paying $6 with tip for my small drink, I expect the staff to be overly friendly and give me the best experience possible. (Sorry, but this is the world we live in!) The parking is kind of a pain if there are no parallel spots outside. The Pixon parking garage provides you with free parking on the first level but when in a hurry, it’s a bit of a walk.
