My visit to Park Pizza and Brewery in Lake Nona, Orlando was an absolute delight. This spot has quickly become one of my favorite places to unwind and enjoy a great meal. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The ambiance at Park Pizza and Brewery strikes a perfect balance between casual and trendy, making it an ideal spot for any occasion. The interior is stylishly designed with a spacious layout, ample seating, and an open kitchen that adds an engaging touch to the dining experience.
The star of the show, of course, is the pizza. Each pizza is crafted with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection in their wood-fired oven. The crust is wonderfully crisp on the outside and perfectly chewy on the inside. My personal favorite was the Margherita pizza, which boasted a rich tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and fragrant basil.
In addition to their fantastic pizzas, the brewery side of the establishment is equally impressive. They offer a wide range of craft beers brewed on-site, each with unique and robust flavors. The staff is knowledgeable about their beer selection and happy to offer recommendations based on your preferences. I particularly enjoyed their IPA, which had a perfect balance of hops and malt.
The service at Park Pizza and Brewery was top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring that our dining experience was seamless from start to finish. They were more than willing to accommodate special requests and provide insightful recommendations.
Overall, Park Pizza and Brewery offers an outstanding dining experience. Whether you're a local or just visiting Lake Nona, this place is a must-visit for delicious pizza, excellent craft beer, and exceptional service. I can't wait to return and try more of their...
Read moreIt's just crazy how a bad Server can ruin the whole experience no matter how great the food is. I had the worst one in a very long time. I certainly hope that they have this "John T" it said on the bill, there working because of how difficult it is to find employees nowadays. But they REALLY need to replace him A.S.A.P. Went with my family and he is the type of bad Server that makes you feel that you're interrupting him. Barely spoke to us or paid attention to us. Kept approaching other table were he apparently had friends and going over to a lady who he seemed to be hitting on. Anyways, his service REALLY ruined it for us. First time there. Went because of so many friends have recommended the place, but I'm pretty sure they did NOT have this Server. Will try it again sometime because the food was good and we did see the other tables with other Servers seemed to be fine. Two stars because the food was good and I think and hope that if we had ANY other Server it would have been a better experience.
UPDATE: After many people continued to tell me how good the food is I asked about the person who served them. Of all the people I talked to, TWO of them, who don't even know each other, mentioned the name "Gianna" (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) as their Server and told me how GREAT her service was. So I went back this past weekend and asked to be seated in her area. They were not wrong! She was AMAZING! Her service, her recommendations, just everything was super! No wonder people know her and ask to be seated with her! It goes to show how one person can either make you have a GREAT experience, like Gianna did with us, or a HORRIBLE one, like the other guy did. The food was great, you've got to try the in-house beers, they are really good! I think next time I'll take an Uber so I can try...
Read morePark Pizza & brewing company; a new pizza place in Lake Nona. Let's talk about it.
Nestled in a soon to be huge shopping and entertainment plaza lies a modernly built pizza place and brewery. Plenty of seating outside with great visuals of nearby arrangements and other businesses. The inside is one big open room with a bar on one end next to the beer vats. The murals on both end walls are a great compliment to the design.
Now to the food and drinks! The waitress Kendra did a fantastic job of explaining the menu and also offered taste samples of the beer they were making which I did end up ordering. The pilsner was refreshing and the pale ale had just enough hop in it. Will be interesting to see how the beer list grows in the future.
The dough poppers were simple but did taste good with the paring marinara sauce. The pizza however was definitely the stand out. We ordered the chicken and goat, and a half chorizo mushroom / cheese pizza. All of which were very good. The pizza is cooked in a hybrid wood / gas oven. The gas being used to regulate the temperature better. Good char on the crust which you would expect from a good wood oven pizza. The parmesian is also grated at the table, a nice touch.
My only complaint is that they did not have any veggie meat options for my dining partner. I think that would help appeal to a greater crowd and would not be hard to implement. Other then that, the service and food was great for their age in business.
Price point wise I think they are on par with non-chain pizzas, about a $$. If you want cheaper pizza it is very easy to go get that, but if you want a more freshly put together pizza then give this place a try.
I also included current menu pictures in the review, but keep in mind this can change.
Thanks for...
