TSecret, does it work? YES.

I have had acne since age 13, and in high school (2010/2011) it became pretty severe. Dermatologist after dermatologist and avoiding Accutane, my mother was referred to TSecret.

I did not know what I was walking into, but I was desperate to walk. I met with Lisa, and as vibrant as her red hair, so was her energy. She was so welcoming and made me very comfortable. She went over the dietary basics and I was learning so much about acne, how it works, and all the variables inbetween. Who would have thought my daily grilled cheese sandwich and tall glass of chocolate milk played a factor in my face! The procedure was great, but it does come with pain! Steaming over herbs is my favorite part, and even with the pain of the extracting process, my 16 year old self just hung in for the ride. After the FIRST treatment, I walked out of TSecret and my bumpy-lumpy face was baby soft, minus all the discoloration and redness. I did this treatment multiple times over the summer, and took the skin care products and my diet seriously. I went into my junior year with amazing skin, I was getting compliments left and right, every day! People were amazed at my skin's transformation over the summer.

While the treatments and products are a success, it was not budget friendly for my single mother. With treatments starting around $150/session, plus another $150 for skin care, my mother was spending $600/month on my face. Loved it so much, but could not continue, and once I began to stop going to treatments, but acne surfaced again- even with my new conscious dietary habits. It was really a bummer for me, but throughout the years, I always remembered Lisa's advice on my diet and applying her advice, it helped my acne to stay moderate than from when I came in with severe acne.

Fast forward 6 years later, I tried it again in 2016. Right before my 23rd birthday I wanted to treat myself and get a facial again, I was super excited. I was placed with another lady, whom I can't remember her name, but she was an older Catholic lady - a nun to be exact.

The whole time through the treatment process she kept trying to convince me to become a nun, kid you freakin' not. While I am not opposed to religious expression, or religious people wanting to talk about their beliefs, or even invite me to their churches, it became very annoying. Every two seconds she would extract, sit up, talk with her hands for a while, ask me to become a nun, tell me to never date a guy again, give me life advice, then go back to extracting my face. It made the entire appointment take longer than usual because she kept sitting up from working on my face to talk. What was my usual relaxing extraction I was looking forward to, became an uncomfortable 3.5 hour long Joel Osteen sermon that I paid $300 for. I also had a recent ear piercing that began to have a skin bubble, and half way through the facial, she starting bumping at it (by accident of course), but it was a super painful bump. I had asked her to try to avoid bumping into it, but then she kept asking if she could extract it and kept trying to touch it. After the longer than normal appointment, I was still left with bumps under the surface of my skin, I could feel them everywhere; I had never left TSecret with bumps before, they always left me with the most silky skin. I was truly looking forward to this whole experience, because I remember it being so serene and peaceful, but my last experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Although, I do understand she does not represent the entire company and that the other professionals within the business most likely won't give you that experience, I felt the need to share this story because it is so bizarre.

If you are contemplating TSecret, I definitely would recommend! They do have great results, but like anything, you must keep up with your diet and skin care regime.

Unfortunately, since this route is expensive and I have had this issue for 10+ years now, I started my 6 month treatment of Accutane yesterday....

I've been going here for a couple years now, and my aesthetician Erica ended up leaving at the beginning of this year. Heartbroken, though happy for her next journey, it was time to move forward to find my next aesthetician. During the month of March, just before the world shut down due to the pandemic, I selected someone who was also a first level aesthetician like Erica was (i.e. the cheapest option) and was gravely disappointed in the service I received. My face is messy and complex on my cheeks. Unless you have a light shined up to my face, you would never know that I have as much gunk in my cheeks. I've had this face forever, so it's very easy for me to tell how well of an extraction job was done. I left my appointment disappointed knowing and seeing that there were plenty of pockets of miniature potato sacks in my face that were overlooked and unattended to. Given how much the services are, even the cheaper level services, I was extremely disappointed with the outcome of this appointment. A couple weeks later, probably two weeks and two the global shutdown of covid, I replied to TS Skin Care's email where you rate your experience and submitted my review. Since it was during lockdown when I submitted, my poor review was not addressed. Which made sense since the whole world couldn't move or do anything. I actually felt guilty writing a bad review during a time where businesses couldn't really do anything and were forced to stay closed. Once the world started opening back up though, it was time for me to have another extraction. Perusing their staff for a new aesthetician, I just had my second appointment with Jane as my skin care professional.

When I got to my appointment, I was greeted by Kendra as I normally am. I thoroughly enjoy our banter in the lobby briefly before sessions occur. I shared with her the current stress of my life which involves my career, which was the current reason of the extreme outbreak on my face. And with that, she offered me a free carrot cleanser, which was the only product I could afford to carry home with me after my appointment. Her kindness, care, and generosity is deeply appreciated.

When it was time to begin my session with Jane, she wanted to have a conversation before our session began. Her inquiry was to see if there was anything that they can do to be better in their services. I don't know if that's how Jane normally does her protocol with clients, but I knew that was my opportunity to express my dissatisfaction with my last session. Apparently it was unbeknownst to her that I had submitted a negative review, and she didn't know that I had a bad experience the last time I was there. Because of this, I was fully refunded for the prior experience that left me unsatisfied. She explained to me, and fully understands the expense that their services are. Because realistically, it is an expensive service. I really appreciated her expertise, her awareness of what it is like to be in my position, and her correction and support of what that experience was like for me.

The kindness and care that this business embodies is priceless. This is but one story of the kindness and generosity of this business, and most definitely the biggest one I've experienced. I have seen time and time again the kindness of their employees and the integrity of the business. And the odds that the word "care" is in the title of their business is no coincidence. I will always support TS skin care because they really DO care. It really shows in both their words and actions. I appreciate their staff so much and will continue to receive their services. You will not get this kind of top-notch service in many other places. It's truly a hidden gem.

And for the sake of a full review, their products are AMAZING! I will never buy shelf products at retail stores ever again. That stuff is literal crap. I can actually feel and see the difference with their products in my skin care....

I was looking for a med spa in the winter Park area and upon this spa popping up on Google I was reminded of the absolutely horrific experience I had here about 5 years ago. I was also very dissapointed to see that my review no longer exists.

I believe with about $700 per month budgeted for skincare, this company can really help you otherwise, they will want nothing to do with you. I went desperate for help while I was a full time college student studying respiratory therapy. The stress of school and the lack of sleep caused me to have regular cystic breakouts. My husband heard from a co-worker that T Secret helped his wife with acne issues so we decided to give it a chance. My husband and I discussed beforehand that we could budget for one facial here per month. When I went in I had a great first appointment, but I was very much pressured to purchase the skincare line (I am sorry, but if you cannot suggest any affordable options until a young, newly married college student has the budget for high end then I know that you're looking out solely for your own gain). I was also told that I needed to go back the following week for another facial (which meant another $200!). My husband was a new firefighter for the city at the time and our budget was tight as I was a full time student. I went for the facial the following week and was pressured again to commit to 2 facials per month for the next three months (a nice vicious cycle they were attempting to create because over extending yourself financially will create additional stress and that will create MORE BREAKOUTS). I decided to stick to what my husband and I had decided would be reasonable which was on one facial per month. The aesthetician got visibly upset and continued trying to convince me. She ended my facial early and tried convincing me to buy additional products, I stood firm on my budget and she decided to leave me at the front without saying anything else to me. When I got to my car I looked in the mirror and saw blood that had ran down a few parts of my face and then DRIED without the aesthetician caring enough to clean it off. I was so overwhelmed and disappointed that I burst into tears right in my car in their parking lot.

On top of all of this, I had successfully completed microbiology and anatomy and physiology at this point. I am no skin expert, but I had/have a decent grasp on science and the human body. There were a few things I was told by this aesthetician that went directly against science. Spending this much money on a facial and skincare, the person selling you better understand the how and why. I wish this place had better customer service and less money hungry employees because at this point in my life I can easily afford their treatments and I love skincare. Because of that horrible experience and the aesthetician that treated me still being such a big part of this company, I'll never return and I will most definitely continue sharing my experience when this spa comes up in conversation.

The reply below indicates that a reimbursement was offered and that is absolutely untrue! Poor service and not looking out for the best interest of your client is a big pet peeve of mine, but the experience I received at this establishment is by far the worst I have ever...
