Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had. This Starbucks has been deleted off my list to visit. The fact that you have 9 individuals working and still can’t keep up, is embarrassing. But to my experience with them. Made my order to pick up, get to the store and there are about 25 cups on the counter waiting to be picked up and about 12 people waiting inside for their order. It didn’t bother me, because I knew I was early for my order. Waiting, people would come in and out with their dogs, having them rub against you. I love dogs, but they don’t belong inside anywhere where food is being prepared or served. Also, you should teach your dog not to try to lick anybody’s hand. After 10 minutes I receive my “hot” coffee. One of two drinks. After 12 more minutes I ask about my second drink(at this point I am annoyed), the employee checks and looks straight into my face and with a smile says “we are going to work on that now”. After 5 minutes she returns with my second drink, an iced tea. They had me wait 25 minutes for an iced tea. Nothing special on it, no special instructions. Just a regular peach iced tea. She hands it to me, says thank you and have a nice day. My response was “it was nice until I decided to come to this store instead of my regular “. No apologies. She is an asset for your company and her bosses should know what an asset she is and that they found a absolute gem when hiring her as their employee!! If I was her boss I would do everything possible to make sure Kay gets the recognition she deserves! I think Kay not only deserves kudos and a pat on the back but also deserves a raise and promotion. Sadly, these days finding amazing customer service is rare.. Which is why if I was her employer I would do everything possible to keep her working for me, including raises and promotions that she has worked extremely hard for and deserves.. While my husband's at a work meeting, I decided to grab coffee and I just so happened to stumble upon this Starbucks. After meeting Kay, she was so kind she made my wait time fly by! When we come back to Orlando, I will even go out of my way just so I can come back to this location and the ONLY reason I would go out of my way to come to this Starbucks is because of how wonderfully every single customer was treated by Kay! For about 2 years we have been unable to order an iced coffee with cream and sugar from the app. It consistently comes without any sugar at all. Knowing this, we more often order different things now. Today we ordered 2 hot venti Caramel Macchiatos only to receive 2 regular venti lattes. Not sweetened at all and no caramel. It’s the closest location to our house which I guess is why we keep visiting. Maybe we’ll learn our lesson eventually. Lowering my review from 2 stars to 1.
