TLDR: don’t recommend due to service and the food quality was rock bottom. They couldn’t even cut the pizza straight. I ordered at 5:45 (ish) and was given a proposed ready time of 5:57-6:12. I arrived at 6:10 and was told it would only be a few more minutes. At 6:17 I was then told that they didn’t have the one pound garlic knots and if I could go down to the lower size. That’s fine but since they were downgrading me I wanted to have some mozzarella sticks but that couldn’t be done. Definitely sucks since I was charged the full amount of the other and got no recompense. I waited for 18 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready (6:30). As for the interior it was pretty noisy even though the dining area wasn’t packed. Now for the food. After being unhappy and hungry after the wait my hopes weren’t high but damn as soon as I opened up the pizza box any remnant of hope I had was flattened…. The pizza wasn’t even cut straight. Finding this amusing I went on to check the garlic knots and lo and behold they were burnt. First bite into the pizza was cold. Cool… The crust genuinely made my jaw hurt to chew it and this has to be one of the first pizza’s I’ve had where I threw out the crust. Sacrilege I know. Now for the knots. Cold, bland and soggy. Considering the knots were blackened the coldness also shocked me. I’d describe the taste as sewer water knots. I’m sure you may be thinking “oh it might have been cold because it took you a long time to get home.” but I live less than 5 minutes away so that’s not it. Ultimately I wouldn’t recommend coming here they weren’t even full and it took that long to get the food together. You could have cooked up a digornio pizza faster and resulted with a better pizza for cheaper and less hassle. And if you want good pizza check out pizza Bruno or valdianos in WP.

Living in Winter Park, my girlfriend and I had to stop in and try this place out. It’s located in College Park so it was just a stones throw from our home. Arrived slightly after 2 o’clock and got a seat no problem. The dining area was immaculate and our server greeted us almost immediately. She’s was super friendly and very attentive. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with an order of garlic knots. We didn’t have to wait very long at all. The garlic knots came out first and were flawless. I highly recommend them. Shortly thereafter our pizza came to the table. From the smell of it alone I knew we were in the right place. From the first bite I knew we would be returning. It was cooked to perfection. The dough was perfect, nice and thin. The cheese was the good stuff and the sauce was PERFECT. From my first bite until my last I have to say this pizza was flawless! An EXCELLENT experience all the way around! We wil be returning for sure and highly recommend! Thanks guys!!

Authentic New York-Style Pizza in the Heart of College Park! We had an amazing experience at ITALY Pizzeria College Park! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Tommy, the owner — a true pizza master with over 20 years of experience in New York. You can really taste that authentic NYC flavor in every bite — the crust is perfectly crisp, the sauce is rich and flavorful, and the toppings are super fresh. We ordered a couple of pies and a pasta dish, and everything was made fresh to order and served hot. The quality is outstanding, but what really blew us away was the value — generous portions at very fair prices. It’s rare to find this level of flavor and authenticity without breaking the bank. This place is the real deal. If you’re craving great pizza and want to support a local gem with heart, skill, and unbeatable value, ITALY Pizzeria is a must-try. We’ll definitely be back — thanks, Tommy!

I really wanted to like this place, because I like to support local restaurants in CP. Unfortunately, it's not happening. We placed a pick up order and were charged $5 as a "pickup fee" which is crazy that's even a thing, then my daughter went to pick up the pizza and they gave her the wrong order. We realized after she got back home, so we called the restaurant and they said to come back in 15 minutes for the correct order. Right before she was about to leave again, the restaurant called and said to make sure to bring the other pizza order with us because "it's not their policy to let customers keep food they didn't pay for"! Keep in mind they gave us the wrong order in the first place, it's not like we're trying to steal food from them! It's such an odd request, especially when we've already been inconvenienced having to drive to the restaurant twice, and pay a pick up fee on top of all that! Why do they want it back, are they going to give it to the other customer? Which is just gross and makes me worried they did that to us...I will not be ordering from this place again, and I haven't even had a chance to try...
