I entered a raffle and won an hour of throttle time in their engine. What a blast! Mike, the engineer, was very patient with me throughout the experience. He went into a lot of detail on the engine and operation and I learned quite a bit. I was first given an overview of the engine and systems. Next, we entered the cab and I was given my first lesson. We had an absolute blast with a big group of kids and adults today on the yellow caboose. The kids were enthralled the entire time getting to see the open air back deck, the engine and the other train cars around the lot.
