I recently got take out at Ming Hing, and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The food left much to be desired, and there are several issues that need attention.
Firstly, the crab rangoon was a letdown. It lacked the expected creaminess and flavor that I have come to associate with this dish. It tasted flat and seemed like it had been overcooked.
The dumplings were another disappointment. They were overfried, making them greasy and unappetizing. I couldn't enjoy them due to the heavy frying.
Lastly, the lo mein was simply not up to par. It had an unpleasant taste that made it unpalatable. The flavors were off, and I couldn't finish my plate.
While I understand that every restaurant can have its off days, these issues were significant enough to affect my overall experience. I hope Ming Hing takes this feedback to heart and works on improving the quality of their dishes.
The service, however, was courteous and prompt, and the restaurant had an okay atmosphere. With some adjustments to the food quality, I believe Ming Hing has the potential to offer a much better dining experience.
Remember to provide feedback in a constructive and respectful manner, as it can be more helpful for both the restaurant and future customers.
tip: dont waste your money. go to china garden instead, because it isnt overpriced...
Read moreMing Hing ... always has fresh food prepped daily and so never a problem.. in 27 years of business.. they are always busy during there lunch buffet so some time you have to wait for the buffet to be filled up ...not a problem for good food and sense people must take all they can at once as if there wont be more coming you sometime will wait but just ask and they will make what your looking for.. and if you were cooking for a rush of people im sure they would be waiting for food as well if your plate is stacked 6 inches tall maybe you should think about others in line ..., its not the most beautiful place but they have the freshest food the best attitude and no one has ever gotten sick from there food.....
Read moreMy review is on Ming Hing takeout. I have enjoyed Ming Hing for 10 years and I have always found it to be made well and at a very good price for the amount of food you get. I have never had a mistake on an order and it is generally ready within 10 minutes. This restaurant has a very good reputation in the Orrville community. If I'm rating the lunch buffet I would give it 4 stars. The food is delicious but often there are things that are empty on the buffet. This happens more than it should. The price of the lunch buffet is so good that most locals tolerate a few things not being there. All in all, I highly recommend. Overall, a very good standard type...
