Que Pasa — Restaurant in Orrville

Awful!! Just awful!! Where do i begin? They Crammed us into a booth in the corner that extra skinny toddlers wouldnt be comfortable in! We were the one and only table our server had to wait on and still couldnt do it or be bothered with, i should say! Waiter never came to the table after he took my order! Didnt check if my food was ok, didnt see if we needed anything with our food, and im still waiting on the queso dip I ordered as an appetizer! Management didnt care when we told him about how bad service was! Ive waited tables for 20 years and i am a great tipper usually leaving about 30% minimum and this was the first time i left $0 in my life. It was bad from the beginng to the end! Food was o.k. but without the queso id ordered 45 minutes prior and food sitting there getting cold waiting on the server to come over it really kinda ruined it! I had to go get my own to go box! Id rather go a block down the street and get taco bell! Pretty sure my waiter was high and after talking to the manager i know where he gets his drugs! Other reviews say best mexican in town! Very nice authentic Mexican themed restaurant. I went here for lunch looking for a well-rounded and inexpensive meal and they did not disappoint. I ordered the shrimp Lunch Chimichanga along with a non-alcoholic pina colada daiquiri.

I was excited about the Pina colada because not many places have blenders which is mind-boggling to me! The presentation of the drink was spectacular as it was topped with whipped cream that I did not expect!

The chimichanga dish was excellent and exceeded all my expectations. The only area for improvement would be the chips and salsa. The chips themselves had a bland cardboard taste to them and the salsa was thin and not very flavorful.

Wonderful place to get great Mexican food. Have to say I stop going there for about 3 years because of poor food and service. I returned about a month ago because I needed to wait in town and I'm so happy I did. Food was amazing and service changed as well(I believeit'sunder new management). I ordered a shrimp cocktail Mexican style. Try it trust me it's so tasty and it's served in a huge glass cup. It does have some additional stuff but I just get it with the avocado. They serve it with some crackers like a saltin but it doesn't have salt and it's hefty to hold the mouth watering juice from cocktail, shrimp and avocado( that is cut and is inside with the shrimp)It's so big that you even take some home. Well depending on how much you can eat. The juice turns into a cold kinda soup. Once again give it a try!! FYI they have great lunch and dinner special...
