Considering it’s their first week open I give them a solid 5⭐️s ! But if I had to base a rating not knowing they have only been open 1 week I still give them kudos with a solid 4 ⭐️s. In my opinion the food is better than the previous establishment. Burger was done med-well (I like ‘em med-rare), at least a 1/3 lb possibly 1/2 lb considering “Jerry’s burger” claims 2- 1/2 lb patties. Fries were “good” even though they were very basic. I’d like to see them make these their own & unique. Prices reflect Bidenomics in action 😣. Menu is okay but I hope they expand their entree offerings with a couple atypical bar food options like lasagna or a thick chop etc. With that in mind maybe a glass of wine or well drink. I will say they offer a nice variety of beers on tap, including local breweries. I think now is a good place to suggest they offer more local items ranging from coffee to baked goods (pie?) ice cream, etc? Atmosphere is nice with one exception… seating is to close together. I suppose once it’s warmer and they open the other side / “garage” this won’t be the case.

Been here twice and really like it! The pictures are from our first visit, we also got the street corn dip. Second visit, we got the massive four person pretzel, blackened bleu burger, kids Mac n cheese, Jerry burger, and a pulled pork burger. Both visits, our food was fantastic! Loves the Mac bowl, daughter devoured her kids meal, and the mustard dip that came with the pretzel was DIVINE. I know it’s all about the beer cheese, but that mustard dip was amazing. The house sauce on the burger was so good that we asked for an extra cup of it to dip our fries in. They’re clearly a hit with house lively it was on a Thursday night last night! The ONLY thing negative I have to say is there was no fun cocktail list and I’m a sucker for a special drink with dinner. Our waitress that night swooped in and made me a fun drink, which is why no stars were docked. But I hope they come up with a fun cocktail menu soon! Will be coming back here 😁 Edit: Cocktail Menu added!!

We finally made it out to the newest location to get some good eats in Orrville and Brick Street did not disappoint. We started with the big pretzel which was so good, comes with beer cheese and honey mustard. We had roughly half left and ate it later with the kids and even some the next day tasted great still! I got the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. The chicken was fried perfectly and the slaw and hot sauce was great on the sandwich. The fries were the only thing I did not love. They are bigger than shoestring, but seemed sliced and small. Looking at other pictures it seems others look more normal and I may have had a scoop from the bottom of the bag or what was left to hand out. I am a fry guy and these just were lacking something. I will definitely be back though to try the monsterella cheese stick as an app. Then pair one of their highly talked about burgers with a beer! I highly recommend and will return.

Quite disappointed. Pictures, menus, and reviews had us excited to try a new spot. The server was very friendly and nice - unfortunately, she should not have been assigned our table. We were nowhere near any of her other tables - actually, the table they sat us at shouldn't even be there - people waiting to be seated were leaning against our table and watching us eat.

We ordered the street corn salsa dip and chips and the jalapeĂąo cigars as appetizers. The dip was basically a bowl of corn with some diced onions mixed in. No tomatoes or anything else to make it a "salsa" and there were no other ingredients to make it a "dip". Basically, imagine putting corn on nachos. That's it... was very bland and boring. The cigars were like biting into a block of cream cheese. That's all you could taste was the cream cheese and then would get a kick of heat at the end from what may have been some jalapeĂąo or the habanero dipping sauce. If it hadn't been for the dipping sauce, they too wouldn't have had much flavor.

On to the main courses... I ordered the BBQ burger and a side of Mac & Cheese. My wife ordered the chicken sandwich with fries. Her sandwich was good, the fries were stale and tasted old. My Mac & Cheese was decent but not worthy of the upcharge. I take a bite of my burger and I'm like wait, it's missing something... pull the bun back and it was missing the onion straws. So I patiently waited for the server to come check on us but this is when I saw her carrying a bucket of ice. Then I thought surely she will check on us when she finishes... another trip to the back and out with a 2nd bucket then disappears to the back again and at this point, I am now becoming irritated... especially as I watch others standing around talking, including the manager. I keep thinking to myself, why is the server who has tables spread out all over the restaurant running buckets of ice out? Maybe the manager should have done this or maybe ask a hostess to grab a bucket, or maybe each server should take turns getting 1 bucket rather than having a single server spend 5+ minutes making multiple trips by herself? Anyhow, I finally got the manager's attention tell her what we need and I'll be good. She comes back and says they're all out of the onion straws and that's why they weren't on my burger. No apology. No, here let me knock a couple of bucks off for not having all the ingredients to cook what you ordered correctly, or hey I have an order of onion petals being made up instead as a substitute - nothing. Just a bill for $63 and some change for an absolute mediocre experience at best. At least our drinks were cold and refreshing.

If anyone reads this... perhaps consider driving to Wooster, where there are multiple better options. The ONLY way I may ever consider coming back to Brick Street (which is doubtful but if I do) would be on a weekday perhaps when the kitchen isn't as busy and the food is prepared fresh and the way it's supposed to be. Maybe they were just having a bad day and we got the short end of it.

Since Google doesn't provide a place to explain the ratings here they are:

Food - See above

Service - Good server but due to poor management decisions she was limited as to how good of service she could provide.

Atmosphere - Cool place overall, but wish we could have sat in the garage or on the patio to have gotten the best experience. I also wish we had taken pictures, esp of our table and people standing in front of us... What a stupid place for a table. Should be a bench or just a place for people to sit or stand while waiting...

Id like to start off by saying the old Jerry's was a great place to eat, That being said we have been to the Brick Street 4 times now. First 3 times was as good as the old Jerry's, this time was a total disappointment. I ordered the special .75 wing and fries, My wings had very little sauce on them, 3 of the 6 weren't done and the fries tasted like they were reheated in the microwave. i ordered a beer and when it arrived there wasn't any head on it, ZERO. When the waitress came and ask if everything was ok i told her NO, i explained my concerns and her answer was i can get you more wings, after i already was done with my dinner. Nothing about the fries and nothing about comping the meal like any GOOD establishment would have done. So now i am waiting on wings i don't want, waiting on my bill and she wouldn't even come back to the table. Our "TO GO" order as it was called was brought by another server. Now i ask another server if she could ask OUR server for the check. I get the check and find $1.35 takin off the bill. Im expected to pay for wings that weren't done, fries that were awful and flat beer. I asked my girlfriend if she wanted me to say something to the manager and she just wanted to get...
