Vapornomics — Attraction in Oswego Township

I'll start by saying that a bad vape shop simply cannot stay in business very long. Vapornomics has been around for a while now, and do you know why that is? Customer service. I quit smoking cigarettes few years ago, because of their help. Then I didn't go back for like two years. Started smoking cigars again, found I enjoyed the activity, but not the smell. Went back to Vapornomics, and was treated like I had never stopped coming in!

Seriously, the first question was not, "what can I help you with," but, "hey! How have you been doing?" Greeted like an old friend, not as a customer. That's a level of service that so few places have today. Normally, those places have a bit higher prices, but no. Not at Vapornomics. The prices are great! Obviously, you can buy coils a little bit cheaper on Amazon, but I refuse to. I'd rather give the money to these people any day, because they take the time to get to know you better and figure out what your needs are. Etailers don't do that!

Honestly this probably is my best experience at a vape shop. They have the greatest customer service I’ve ever seen at a vape shop. Mark is the owner and was very very helpful. He even said he does special deliveries on vape juices which he ordered the exact vape juice that I wanted. ted which is an employee at the vape was also extremely helpful. Even if they don’t have your juice you want in stock there are so many options of juices to get. If they don’t have it they will have it specially ordered to make sure it’s fully stocked. I have never seen the amount of good options at a vape shop EVER! I’ve been coming here for weeks now and they not got a loyal customer. I highly recommend this place anyone looking for quality juices and vapes. They have a good deal which is 2 120 mg bottles for 40 and give you about 3 raffle tickets to see if you get a free juice bottle. If you sign up for rewards it will give you a discounted price I highly recommend. Or even maybe a free bottle. Keep up the great...

I've been going here since they opened. All the employees are friendly and knowable. Their selection is huge and prices are great. I don't shop anywhere else. Update 8-25-17 5PM: I guess it was great until I actually needed to be taken care of as a customer. The third mod that I purchased here took a dump after 2-3 months of use. I was told by the employee I asked for help that they only honor warranties in the store for 14 days so I would have to ship it out to the manufacturer and deal with them directly. If that's their store policy I respect it, but also if I as the customer have to deal with the vendors when there are problems with their products then I don't see the point of supporting the brick and mortar store when I can just buy directly online and cut out...
