Carol's Corner Florist & Gifts — Attraction in Overland

Was not a fan of this place. From start to finish my experience with Carol's corner florist was a mess. First off I'd made an order online for a valentine's day delivery to my fiance's job that was less that 2 miles from the florist. I called and spoke with them directly to negotiate and see if since it was close they could guarantee a delivery before 2pm because my fiance would be off work at that time. They wouldnt budge or guarantee anything which I found slightly rude, I wasnt asking for the world. I would've paid even more of a fee had it been offered. My only option was to cancel or so horribly send my own fiance to pick them up because we live pretty far from that area. So when I informed Carol's I'd settle with a pickup they then had to refund my order and re ring it, they SWORE everything on the order would be exactly the same. I informed them my fiance's name and the time they'd be stopping by. So come day of pickup my fiance goes in and no flowers are found because they only put the order in my name. ALSO I had online requested and wrote out a cute note for the flowers. You know what my fiance got?! Handed an EMPTY card in case they wanted to fill it out!! Literally it's like they forgot everything they had promised me the day before. And dont even get me started on the flowers... half of them werent...

Thank you to the driver at Carol’s gifts! I found out a dear friend of mine was in the hospital on her birthday , she fell and broke both arms. So I called Carol’s to deliver flowers to her. The web site said I can get them delivered the same day, but by the time I called them the truck was already on route. But then they called me back and said the driver came back and he would be glad to go back out and deliver them. While I personally did not visit this florist, my husband did! Yesterday (Dec 15) was my birthday, and instead of a gift I asked for some flowers and dinner. This year, he chose to visit a local florist instead of a grocery store, and he chose Carol's Corner! He told me the shop is very cute, and the woman he worked with was extremely nice (especially when he felt awkward trying to get something day of). She worked with his price point and colors he knew I loved, and so quickly. The bouquet is so full and beautiful! I am absolutely in love. It makes our whole living room smell so nice!
