River Ranch Apartments — Attraction in Ozark

Great apartments, terrible management and neighbors! Brand new apartments that are great and the majority of the residents are very nice. The issue to be aware of is that a certain maintenance employee and his wife live on property and seem to think that the other residents report to them, they will glare at you and tell you what they think you should do, they'll try to create a parking spot for themselves by using a construction cone to block the spot they want even though there is no assigned parking. The office likes to send out emails and texts about rules they don't think are being followed but won't enforce the rules in place, such as, neighbors on the top floor that sound like they're dropping cement blocks on the floor,security has been called twice about it. There's not enough parking because of construction, they keep moving the dumpster further and further away, security finally came through and ticketed cars with expired tags but have never seen them patrol BEFORE now, it's another Friday again and the office staff is gone again by 3:00 pm, the playground that is included in the amenities isn't even being built yet, there is no poop station between buildings B and C but you're required to pick that up and dispose of it, am I supposed to use my hands and put it in my pocket? Moved in in June and the air conditioner made a terrible noise even though the aforementioned maintenance "looked" at it, finally in August another much nicer and knowledgeable maintenance man checked it and fixed it, I guess the first guy was too busy in other people's business to fix the problem. Oh and when maintenance (not the nice one who fixed the air conditioner) is called he doesn't seem to bring tools or a ladder, you know things a maintenance guy would bring to fix things. Like I said, it's a nice apartment complex with nice residents (except for who I mentioned above) but there are things that need to be addressed including not so nice emails from the office manager about...

*Best Apts & price range for the area! ok, my problems here are NOT mgt; mgt has treated us well & still does! Ki & Josh do their very best! New staff has been great too! but not having parking or pvt patio, carports, nor assigned parking does suck. I have a dog, BUT there are TOO MANY dogs here! The probs here ARE the trashy residents, college rats under 30, most act as tho they've had no raising! they let their dogs pi☆☆ & sh☆☆ all over this prop & dont pick up. (even on my patio & once at my front door in breeze way). The younger tenants take over the pool & they litter the parking lot! I was hoping for families, 40+, less traffic of guests from younger tenants...ppl flood our facilities that dont even live here, space & parking already limited. residents are parking on the street, when it's guests who should park on the street! I'm content here, but if rent goes up on us after my lease, for all we are dealing w/ on a construction site, we will...

Absolutely beautiful stunning property in the perfect location half way to the lake and close enough to all the good shopping and restaurants in Springfield,Mo. I live here and I am proud to call myself a River Ranch...
