Clear Creek Powersports — Local services in Ozark

My best friend and I bought two brand new motorcycles from these guys. Buying experience was pretty good, and that’s why they’re getting two stars and not just one. We scheduled our first service with them for oil, change and overlook the bikes. That experience was Pleasant. We received a discount on the first service because we brought both bikes in at the same time we told as long as we did that, we would get the discount. When we scheduled our second service, we scheduled both bikes at the same time and reported some issues that we were feeling with one of the bikes and asked them to check it out while they had it. The guy at the desk told us, “well I don’t know what that would be”. When we pick the bike up later that afternoon, we were charged full price for the service on each bike, even though we expressed that we were told if we scheduled both bikes together, we would get the discount. Additionally, there was no indication that they reviewed or addressed the low end vibration/grinding that we were feeling in the one bike. After the service, the other bike is having the same grinding/vibration. It’s pretty bad when a company is charging $175 for an oil change on a motorcycle, when their competitors are Reportedlydoing it For only $50 , And we can’t get service work completed on something that could be potentially fatal. It appears that there is a lack of quality customer service in the service department With all of the staff. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

UPDATE: After I left this review, we received a call from Justin. This gentleman was very helpful and wanted to fix our issues. Attempted to purchase two motorcycles from this store neither time did they want my business. Declined to order the model I wanted. As well as never returned my question on in stock inventory during my in store visit. The parts department is mediocre at best. No willingness to help me over the phone for specific parts I needed. The only reason I’m not giving them 1 star is because the service department was very helpful when I had to get an insurance estimate for a wrecked bike.

(Update) I had to bring my bike in for a recall and was returned with a scratched bike. After the recall had been performed there was a software issue that caused my cruise to not work at all. I returned my bike to have this looked at and to have a rear tire replaced. My rear tire was not replaced with the correct tire it was replaced with a s22 instead of a s23 Bridgestone as well as my chain was way tighter than spec. They were not able to resolve my cruise control issue at this visit so I had to return again. My bike sat for a week even though I scheduled a month in advanced. They did finally resolve my issue but my bike was again returned damaged. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not...

TL;DR-- Shop here for your motorcycle/ATV/Golfcart needs, It's worth it. I've been skeptical of dealers, especially the previous occupants of this building. If you know you know. I was pleasantly surprised by both parts and service since Clear Creek has taken over. Everyone is friendly, non pushy, and actually helpful- A rarity with dealerships these days. Parts are fairly priced making it easy to do business, and I prefer to shop local when I can. While waiting for my bike to get serviced I heard interactions from a couple of sales people, one on the phone, one in person. (Yes I eavesdropped) Professional, polite without being condescending, knowledgeable, and in one case not afraid to say "I don't know, let me find out and I'll call you back within the hour". That speaks to integrity. When my bike was finished, the technician even took it for a ride to verify everything was good to go. This is something I appreciate immensely. It's nice to have a place where I can take my Yamaha and now feel like they will do a good job.
