I went to Taco Bell, thinking it would be good, but we went through the drive-through and we pulled in and my friend got a soft taco and I got a burrito supreme with no tomatoes or sour cream on it with two Baja blast and a water, you could barely here through the intercom in the service was horrible when we got our food, we had two hardshell tacos that we did not even order and we had no water and then the Baja blast tasted like not good in the soft tacos, we ordered weren’t even soft in the put tomatoes in my burrito supreme, in my burrito, supreme are always the best and I don’t eat tomatoes and I am allergic to tomatoes and if I eat tomatoes, I throw up and I have a panic attack and I die.I had to go to the hospital for seven weeks and my friend had explosive diarrhea and taco bell toilets she went into the wheelchair stall, and then a girl in a wheelchair came in and started yelling at her while there was poop all over the wall, having green diarrhea and red diarrhea in her butt hole started bleeding and I had to sit in there while having a panic attack and then I started having a seizure from how overwhelmed I was this is the worst experience in my whole entire life. this is the worst restaurant I’ve ever went to and I really hope anyone else here not have the...

My recent visit to Taco Bell was deeply disappointing, primarily due to a blatant disregard for health and safety standards. This was July 3rd 2025 around 9pm. When pulling up I observation two employee smoking in the lobby area near the door. However they were not outside nor did they have the door cracked. As soon as they seen we parked they ran to the back. I had to be mistaken right? A manager wouldn't allow this . Upon entering, the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke was immediately apparent, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary dining environment.
This behavior is not only unprofessional but also raises serious concerns about the management's commitment to maintaining a clean and healthy environment. The pervasive smell of smoke permeated the entire establishment, tainting the dining experience and potentially affecting the taste and enjoyment of the food.

Read moreWe are extremely dissatisfied with our experience this evening. We placed an order on the kiosk prior to the lobby closing. We waited about 10 minutes then was told by a staff member that the lobby was closing, and were asked what we wanted to do. Frustrated, we said we will take it to go. When we got our food we walked out and checked it when we got to the car. We realized we were missing food and the quality of a few things were terrible. I attempted to go back in and advise a staff member however they had locked the door. I knocked and said I was missing a few items. I was told, with hand gestures, to go through the drive thru. At this time there were 6-8 cars waiting. I said can you not correct this here and I showed my receipt. They shook their head and walked away.
