I will have to say that my previous post no longer stands, at least for Josh. Since getting my phones I have taken my iPhone 12 back to the store to get assistance with getting the phone to ring and he couldn't help me. He said "I'm more of a Samsung guy, you might need to take it to another store." He was unable to help me transfer the data to my new phone so I had to take it home and have my son do it for me. When I went back to the store to turn in my old phones I was helped by Dominic because Josh was with another customer. Dominic had to have Josh print off the first receipt cause he couldn't get it to print. I had a question about the validity of the receipt because it looked more like a store flyer than a receipt. I was told to "take their word for it." I guess me questioning the receipt offended Dominic and he told me to take my phone and leave. I was not raising my voice just simply questioning the validity of the receipt which Dominic himself even questioned at first. Long story short Dominic finally processed the second phone and printed off my second receipt which looked nothing like the first receipt I was given. The second one actually looked how one would expect a receipt to look. Now I have to expect that there will be some issue with my old, but perfectly good phones once they are returned, as I had to leave them there with Josh and Dominic. Read more** edit to original review: After receiving our first bill we were more than stunned to discover it was almost 4 times the amount we were told it would be. Also there were services added to our account that we did not authorize. insurance on 4 phones, HBO max, elite service, upgraded to security. Nothing was given to us in writing to see what we were signing up for. Josh asked to see my phone and had me review our experience before we left the store. He told us it would take 8 hours to transfer our data and would recommend we do it ourselves. It took less than 20 minutes. I guess he didn't have time being we were the only people in the store. I would not recommend going to this location!

This level of service is subpar and will lead to more trouble than a few bad reviews. Once I asked for management he refused and said I could go to corporate. I was not in his words “entitled to that information”. Spoke to another Store Manager of a different location. Clarifying what occurred and passed along the needed information to upper management. Also called customer service and had my wife file a complaint.
