Been stopping here for over ten years now; and it never changes. The little caves people dug into the soft rock to live in during the depression or some of the miners who preceded them. It is fascinating to see how they used such limited goods to survive. There are piles of rusting cans and other junk as well as a small cemetery to remind us of our mortality. If you are in the area or going to Death Valley it is definitely worth the short trip to look at this and wonder how people survived in the summer heat out here.
