Computer Experts has gone above and beyond any of my expectations first taking care of my computers, then becoming my IT support and evolving into "managing" my offices computer and technology needs 24/7/365.
They are like having a combination of my own internal IT department AND almost like having a true business partner.
They care about my office and my business as if it were their own, always putting my business needs first, in front of theirs.
On more than one occassion, they have actually talked me out of buying additional equipment from them and have talked me out of spending money at their business coming up with other solutions that even though it literally took money out of their pockets because in their opinion, it was not was best for my business. Instead, they came up with money saving solutions that met my needs and wants WITHOUT cosing the money the money that I was thinking that I needed to spend.
I don't know of any other more honest business than Computer Experts that truly ALWAYS looks out for my best interest.
Computer Experts, in their "management agreemnet" not only acts as my IT department, knowing when I am low on ink in my printers before I do but also protects me and my office from the ever growing and quite frankly, scary hacking and scamming going on in our world these days allowing me to have piece of mind operating my business no fear of being attacked any 1 of 100s of attempts going on behind the scenes all day every day without us ever even knowing that it's going on.

A personal client of mine had a sudden desktop computer crash and Windows was not booting. I narrowed down two potential parts that could have caused such a failure, but the diagnostic components needed for thorough testing were not available on my end. So my client and I ventured to source diagnosis and replacement parts locally. With a quick search via Google we found Computer experts and from the phone call alone I knew we had a winner. David Church, president and CEO, greeted me on that call. He listened intently to my explanations and after some friendly discourse offered free diagnostic. Upon arrival at the shop, we were greeted by Harry Pilkington, an excellent technician, and both he and David immediately worked the remedy our situation. (One technical serviceman to another, this was an enjoyable meeting of the minds)

Read moreTook my laptop on Friday because it wouldn't turn on. Told them I bought it less than a year ago and that it was probably still under warranty but that I also had a protection plan for two years on it. I wanted to try someone local though because the company I bought my laptop at doesn't have a store in Florida. They told me that it wasn't a problem, they would look at it and check the warranty, then call me on Monday.
Monday comes and I don't hear from them. At 4pm I call them to check the status of my laptop and they tell me that they are just now putting it on the workbench to look at. Jeremy said he would call me before they closed with an update. The night goes on and I don't get a call. So now it's Tuesday and still nobody calls. At 2pm I call them and get told that I need to activate the warranty through MSI and then come in. I can't activate the warranty because they have my laptop with all the information I need so I decide to just go pick up my laptop and see what the issue is.
I get to the store and THEY NEVER LOOKED AT MY LAPTOP. They told me that if they opened it the warranty would be void. So they lied about working on it and held my laptop for 5 days for no reason. I still have no idea what's wrong with my laptop because they couldn't even bother to look at the computer. They knew from the start it was under warranty - why didn't they say anything Friday when I told them?
