We come here very often and always have a great experience….until last night, 6/01/2021. We were a party of 6 adults and 3 kids under 5. We went to the host station upon arrival and said how many. She just said ok, not oh let me put you on a list. I noticed outside seating was empty except 1 table. I went back inside and asked about outside and she said it would take longer because the main focus is the dining room. Hmmmm, should have been a red flag. After another 10 minutes outside my husband went back to the host station and asked how long for a table, she said oh if you want I can seat you on the patio outside. She took us outside through the restaurant. I noticed they had about only 6 tables in the dining room with people and 1 patron at the bar. I counted 8 servers (all wearing red tops) standing and conversing behind the bar at the end. After 20 minutes at our table our server came and took our drink order, brought them and came back and took our food order. Great!! Nope. After and hour of waiting I went inside and asked the host about our food. She said she would check because they were very busy, I could see that at this point there was only one table in the dining room. I went back outside and 15 minutes later our food started to stagger out. Everyone’s food was cold, our soup came with our meal BUT none of us got any spoons, I again had to go in and ask for refills on our drinks. The ice had melted in our glasses because they had been sitting there so long. When the server came to ask what drinks we wanted I asked to speak to the manager, he immediately responded that she wasn’t there. Ok fine, can I please speak to whoever is in charge for this evening. He leaves and comes back with a lady, she did not introduce herself, she walked up and asked what the problem was. I explained we had been here now going on a little over 2 hours and had just gotten our food, no drink refills, no spoons for soup, food was cold and I had to go inside to ask about the food and drinks. She said it was because they were very busy and dining room takes precedence. This is my 5 year olds favorite restaurant and last night was her VPK graduation. Needless to say it was ruined and we will never dine there again. I will make sure to steer my friends and family far far away from me. When we left there were no other patrons at the restaurant, the only cars in the parking lot were ours so they really weren’t that busy. My advice to anyone who still wants to dine there is don’t sit on the patio because you won’t matter, remember the dining room patrons are...
Read moreI was really hoping to find a good Mexican restaurant in Palm Bay, but unfortunately I never got to try the food. The place made a bad impression from the start. The hostess didn't even say Hello. When we said we wanted to sit on the patio, she did not look happy at all. We got seated and got our menus, but it took forever before someone checked on us. Our hostess didn't bother to say Hello either. She just wanted to know what we wanted to drink. And then we waited some more... to get our water. We still hadn't gotten any chips and salsa, which usually arrive very fast at any other Mexican restaurant. Our hostess finally shows up with our drinks, chips and salsa. We were ready to order, but she turned around and left before we could even say anything. The place had a very weird vibe. The waitresses kept arguing or something... there seemed to be some kind of disagreement over who was supposed to be taking care of the customers on the patio, I assume. So instead of trying to figure it out or just be pleasant and do a good job, because, after all, they always expect to get their tips, they just decided to ignore us. One after another kept walking by our table, not even looking at us. Our waitress showed up on the patio again to take care of another table, and again left without taking our order. The cherry on top... when a very nice gentleman decided to go outside for a cigarette, on the patio, where another family was dining, with their baby. They complained about it and dude just said he did not care. It looked like things were about to escalate and we still hadn't gotten our order. So that was our wonderful experience. This is one small business that will not be getting...
Read moreRecommended to go here on a Wednesday night just to catch up with a friend over some queso and margs. After being sat in a ripped up booth our queso came out cold and clumpy, we had to ask 2 different people if they can heat it up, came back watery but still cold. We both asked for sour cream after getting our food and they only brought out one little container for one person. Whatever, at this point we’re wanting to go boxes. My friend asked what kind of desserts they have as we didn’t see any on the menu and I was asked to bring a dessert home to my dad and she named what they had, I asked for churros TO GO and my friend didn’t want anything few moments later 2 servings of under cooked churros and ice cream comes out to the table… our server (check said her name is Yeniskey) had an attitude from the start so now I have to try to explain to her that I need this to go a did not ask for 2 servings with ice cream. After she finally gets the checks to us I see she put churros on both mine and my friends check who didn’t even order them, we let her know and she argued with us so I told her just to put both churros on my bill so we could just get out of there. My friend asked to see the new check before giving her payment and the server had an attitude that she has to re do it and needs her card and refused to show her a new check without it. Overall just horrible awkward experience and needless to say I will never be recommending to...
