Tea tok & poke bowl — Restaurant in Palm Bay

Absolutely incredible place. Sorry I didn't get photos, but we took it to go. I had the fried gyoza, tonkotsu ramen, and the Sakura Berry milk tea. First off, the place is beautiful and clean, very polite staff, patient and helpful with finding a selection. The gyoza was pretty much what I would expect, it didn't blow me away or anything. The ramen was good, I've had better broths, even stateside, but it was as rich and luscious as I would expect from tonkotsu. Their chashu however, that has a deep flavor, with a bit of smokiness to it I personally love. I wish the eggs were jammy but I know a lot of places won't do soft boiled eggs with US eggs for fear of salmonella (in Japan, raw eggs never have salmonella so the ramen eggs are very soft). Even still, it had the slight green tint on the yolk of over-boiled hard-boiled eggs. That needs improvement. The only reason I'm not taking a star is because the Sakura-Strawberry milk tea was SO GOOD and it didn't use one of those seals on the top you have to stab through. I've had real sakura flavor in Japan and that's exactly what I remember. If it's an imitation it's the same one they use in Japan. Please make your ramen eggs just a bit less done so the yolk isn't turning grey-green and I'll be happy.

Came to Palm Bay for my boyfriend’s job. While he had a business meeting I came by. The environment was inviting and relaxing and my cashier/barista was so sweet. I got their Thai tea with extra boba and it is so good. I am so happy I decided to give this place a try. It sounded so good I actually drove for the first time in a few years but that’s a whole different story. Also, I am a Thai tea fanatic so I know this one was extra special and exceptional. Get the Thai tea with extra boba and if you don’t like that, try the brown sugar one!! I may try that next time if my Thai tea obsession ever goes away. Or maybe I will just buy both. I grabbed one without boba for my boyfriend to try and it’s equally as good but not as sweet without the boba because that’s how he likes it. I also like that you can put the lid back on the straw hole because now he doesn’t even know I drank from it 😈. 10/10 recommend. First visit and I loved it. I got a Build Your Own Poke Bowl with salmon and other stuffs (refer to the photo attached). I just wish the bowl was deeper because I had to be careful not to spill the food.

Mango Slush with mango pearl boba was also really good. Loved it.

The restaurant is very clean and the workers were super nice. The food came out very quickly. Definitely visiting again.

Review UPDATE: I tried the same bowl without tomatoes and avocado this time. I also made it large. I loved it so much.

The only thing I am unhappy about is the “tip” option when you order. Even if it is “optional” it does not feel like it when you have to do it before and not after the meal. I would really wish if they removed...
