A specific style was presented to you…You stated that you could do it and instead of saying that you couldn’t do it…You proceeded to do whatever the hell you felt to MY hair. Love, I would of rather honesty instead of someone just trying to take someone’s money whether they got it or not. & I paid you way more then 250 so what are you getting at lol? But nonetheless I expected this response. So, thank you for that. I’m sure future customers would appreciate your professionalism. Just take accountability - you under-delivered, severely. Now, let this be a lesson “Mr.Busy and booked”.

I usually don’t leave reviews but today I got a lil time and certain things just need to be brought to light. I’ll just say this ,stylist that take matters into their own hands and do the complete opposite of what the paying customer asked for and then have the audacity to change up the prices day of appointment need to be stopped, IMMEDIATELY. Let’s take it back a bit to March of 2025…Not only did he show up 20-30 minutes late to my appointment but completely ignored my request and proceeded to do what he felt was best to MY hair. He was very rude and unprofessional about the whole situation. I would rather someone tell me they can’t do something or don’t have something instead of playing with someone’s money, time and hair. needless to say I very much so did not receive the color/style that i wanted and was completely overcharged for something that was already in the service I was getting to begin with. I hate that we are here now, truly- But y’all...

I had received a really low quality cut from another salon, and when I tell you Ms. Foxx worked MAGIC with my hair. I came in with a choppy bowl cut and left with a very cute, feminine pixie. She gave me amazing tips and product recommendations for styling my thick hair that no other artist has ever given me. I also have been struggling with dry hair and scalp, and she chose products and treatments tailored to this. My scalp and hair feel and look so much better than they have for a long time. I am extremely grateful for the level of attention that Ms. Foxx provided as well as the depth of her knowledge and skills. Highly recommend! Worth the...

I went to Miss Foxx with damaged unevenly cut hair and left with a beautifully styled cut that I've gotten tons of compliments for. Originally, I was interested in the keratin treatment, but Miss Foxx educated me on this amazing treatment called hair botox, so I figured I'd try it.
