NAILS LUX — Attraction in Palm Springs

Horrible first experience. Am only giving two stars because the lady doing my nails was kind but the way she did them was horrible!! Let me start by saying it took 3 hours for her to do a full set on me. The full set starting lifting after the second day. She cut about 4 of my fingers and for the first two days it burned to wash my hands. I paid 40$ which is relatively cheaper than the usual. But this is not worth it at all. The gel was done so bad, it didn't cover my whole nail. I asked for 3D flowers on my ring finger and she proceeded to add gems which in no way even resembled a flower. And the index finger I wanted gems on was so thick, it looked ghetto. I work in an office setting so it was from no fault of my own. Also, the shape was different for each "coffin" nail. My thing is, why let her work for your company if she does nails like this?!? Safe to say I won't be...

I went for a pedicure with my mom and best friend and was not happy with the experience I had. First of all the tech that my friend had was not friendly at all. It was like we were interrupting her social time. Then the three of us could not even have a conversation without the tech I had interrupting and talking about herself. Then when it was time to pay they added on more money for the gel polish without telling us from the beginning that it was $15 extra for gel. When my mom called to find out why it was so much the person that answered wanted to argue with my mother. Needless to say we will not be going back to this...
