Nathan greeted me at the door with a smile and willingness to help me find what I needed. I told him this bologna was special to my cousin. She passed away and I asked Nathan for suggestions. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed for the funeral reception at a great price. Then Nathan did something most compassionate he walked over to the clothing section and got a hat that had some pink on it and leaves my cousin died of cancer it was perfect gift that he wanted to give to her from his heart. We are originally from Pa, and are now living in NC. It is very hard to find Seltzer"s bologna in NC. So we always stock up when we visit back in Pa. This was our first time we had done a tour at your facility and we throughly enjoyed it. I used to work for a meat packer and to see your wooden smokehouses was so cool. Last night we visited our son and his family, needless to say they were very happy that we brought them some of your products, especially our 8 yr. old grandson. The tour so nice. We live in New Jersey and our local ShopRite stopped carrying Seltzer’s Lebanon Bologna a couple of years ago much to our disappointment.

We couldn’t find another brand that was as good. On a whim we looked up Seltzer’s to see if they shipped. And that is how we found the tours.

The smokehouse smelled great, the information available was pretty good. The tour with actual employees loading the smokers was amazing. Also the shop staff were very nice.
