I asked chat gpt to write a review, but I can say that my expectations are actually exceeded more by than what they actually wrote here below. But I do agree with it 100%! Dr. Jekyll's beer lab is a wonderful Brew Pub to visit. Dog friendly too!
Well done fellas & ladies! (Mae, AJ, & John)
Here's what Chat GPT said:
"I recently visited [Name of Brewery] and was blown away by the incredible beer and atmosphere. The brewery may be small, but the quality of the beer and the passion of the brewers are second to none. From the hoppy IPAs to the smooth stouts, every beer I tried was expertly crafted and full of flavor.
But what really stood out to me was the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The staff were all knowledgeable about the beer and eager to share their passion with me. The taproom is cozy and comfortable, with a laid-back vibe that makes it easy to relax and enjoy a pint.
I also love that [Name of Brewery] is committed to using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, which not only supports the community but also gives their beer a unique and delicious flavor.
Overall, I would highly recommend [Name of Brewery] to any beer lover looking for an exceptional drinking experience. I can't wait to come back and try more of their...
Read moreWe decided to go to Dr. Jeckyll’s Beer Lab because it was the closest brewery to where we were staying. We had no expectations. However, it quickly surpassed any expectation we may have had. It was the friendliest, most fun little brewery we went to in the Dallas, Arlington and Fort Worth area. The brewery seemed to be a hole in the wall. It is a hidden jewel. The owner, John Valentine, was super personable, had great energy, and greeted everyone as they came in the brewery with a warm HELLO and a wave. The clientele he drew, were just as friendly and welcoming! The Mayor from the town of Pantego, came over to welcome us, and shared some insights of the area. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and fun! A retired couple, who the husband was part of the group that brewed the beer (a club of some sort), were just great! The space is perfect for a brewery - cozy, quaint and fun!
We would make this place a regular stop if we lived in the area. I did not even mention the beer - which was GREAT! A good variety. We wish John would have crowlers for sale.
WE LOVED DR. JECKYLL’s BEER LAB and HIGHLY...
Read moreWent in for a cider last night for $6.50. I ended up leaving within about 30 minutes of arriving because it just wasn’t the spot for me. I didn’t tip as it was extremely crowded, they were going to make PLENTY of money that night, and all they had to do was pour up my overpriced drink and hand it to me. Checked my bank account this morning and the lady added herself almost a 50% tip to total my charges to $10. It may be only $3.50 but that’s theft. That was my first time here and I definitely ain’t coming back. Thieves are working here so watch out if you choose to come and enjoy a drink here. What makes it worse, is that I came here right after visiting my grandmother who is lying in the hospice bed right now. You never know what people are going through and I really hope that the bar tender needed that $3.50 more than I do. Absolutely disgusting to steal from...
