Rodeo Hibachi Review Rodeo Hibachi is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with great service and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The food is the real star — everything is cooked fresh right in front of you, and the flavors are out of this world. The fried rice is perfectly seasoned, the meats are tender and juicy, and the sauces bring it all together in the best way. On top of the delicious food, the hibachi experience itself is so entertaining and enjoyable. It’s not just a meal, it’s an experience you’ll want to come back for again and again. If you’re looking for great flavor, big portions, and a fun dining experience, Rodeo Hibachi is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Ordered the combo fried rice! Super delicious, I think I got a good amount of all the protein. The chicken and steak do come in smaller portions in regards of the size, but nonetheless they put in a good amount. Would definitely recommend eating here it was delicious. Finding parking is hard since it’s paired with a gas station, but they have spots on the side.

Shop Pantego posted about this place on Instagram. I went and looked at Hibachi's reviews and saw they were spectacular. We decided to try it out and the reviews were right...this place is spectacular! Right up our alley...unpretentious digs, amazing food. We got Vegetable Hibachi and Vegetable Lo Mein. The Vegetable Lo Mein is not on the menu but the gentleman at the counter kindly said they'd make it. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, fresh and filling. We loved the chunky cut vegetables! But those noodles, my goodness, are something really special. Thick, fresh and slightly chewy they were the best we've ever had. We did not use the side of yum yum sauce...the sauce the vegetables were cooked in were delicious. You will definitely be seeing us again! Thrilled that there is actually a place in this part of Arlington that is...

Best Gyoza in Town!

Don't let the location scare you off—Rodeo Hibachi is a must-try! It's a true hidden gem tucked inside a gas station, and the quality of the food and service blew me away.

I placed a to-go order of Shrimp Fried Rice, Beef Egg Rolls, and the Gyoza. Everything was great, but the gyoza is officially my new favorite; they are absolutely delicious!

The customer service was also outstanding. The gentleman at the counter was super helpful and friendly. I asked for an extra sauce (teriyaki), and he recommended the spicy version—it did not disappoint!
