Came here for the viral Dubai strawberries. The place was empty besides friends they had in the lobby. Although I was the only customer I still waited about 15 mins. The dessert was nasty to say the least it’s definitely overhyped but I also feel like it’s just not made good at this place. The chocolate is hard as a rock and sticks to the cup and it comes right off the strawberry. Another reviewer mentioned this but man I was not expecting it to be like that 🤮. I had to hold the fork a certain way to keep it from breaking trying to get a strawberry out. They are definitely using a low grade chocolate. The strawberries had a sour taste to some of them. The pistachio cream didn’t have any flavor and they only put it on the top and some will drip down the sides. Barely any of the crunchy topping (forgot the name of it). I paid $15 and some change for a small cup and it was NOT worth it. Not to mention they charge you a convenience fee! For what? I’m coming to get my food so what are you charging that for?? The place is decorated nice, it’s clean and smelled good and the guy at the counter was nice which is the only reason I gave it two stars. I won’t be back. This was just my experience. I inserted pictures of the chocolate chucks lol (mind you I ate it soon as I got it, so it was no reason the chocolate to be hard like that)I end up throwing it away didn’t want to risk getting sick from sour fruit. 2/10 would not recommend. I loved the Lotus biscoff bubble waffle that I ordered from here! The bubble waffle was soft, crispy, and chewy and it was perfect in combination with the cookies and cream ice cream on the inside. I loved the bisoff flavor and the caramel drizzle and whip cream blended so nicely with the the bisoff shavings. The interior of the shop is so vibrant and decorated with neon decorations across the walls. It even has the perfect backdrop for cute photo ops with friends. This place is so perfect for a cute brunch date with friends or a late night ice cream run with family. The staff is very friendly and helpful in navigating the menu. The food came out in a very timely manner. While dining in, the staff came by to provide complimentary water and made sure to check in on my dining experience.
