Paola Roots Festival — Local services in Paola

Been going to this for years and years. The cool thing is, it was going on years before we started. Gotta be one of the oldest continuous festivals in the country! I wish they could offer a cheap ticket for local Miami county folks. Then maybe have a little higher ticket prices for the rest of us to be able to continue attracting top musical acts. Those who travel to music festivals know a 2 day festival for $50-60 bucks is INCREDIBLY CHEAP. Especially when considering there are 8 to 10 acts over the course of the weekend! We very much appreciate Lee and the teams efforts. I know it’s a lot more than just him and he always reinforces that- but he’s the guy we know. So THANK YOU to all of you for this labor of love!

This is our favorite festival. The town, the smell of the smoke teams, the warm welcome from the locals, the family reunion vibe, camping at the local lake, the great music. It is just a special place & atmosphere. If it had 6 stars available I’d give them all 6. If it were a man- I’d let him date my sister! 😂😂😂

Horrible, horrible, horrible. It used to be a small donation to enter, now days it cost you 50-60$ just to enter into gate, then inside cost you more $$$$, not worth it, spend the 2 days there for the MUSIC, an it cost you about 375$ for the weekend, it's all about the all mighty Dollar now days, save your money folks it's not...
