Cappuccino On Call — Attraction in Paramount

This guy has zero integrity and the finesse of a boar. I called to try to book a Faculty Appreciation Event with him for a large group becuase our favorite San Diego Mobile Espresso company, Joe"s On The Nose was booked. The rates he charged were significantly higher than any other mobile coffee of expresso company I contacted.... which is entirely fine if your customer service or product exceeds the industry standard. His demenor was completely kurt and unfriendly. What was worse, was that he tried to misquote the sales tax in San Diego and charge me 9 percent. When I mentioned his error and sighted the correct ammount, he didn't have the curtosey to apologize or try to explain it away as an mistake- instead he tried to man-splain sales tax and hung up on me. What a child. I do however find it ironic that he has the word "classy" on his website homepage. Maybe with a K~ But even that woud be generous! Next time you are looking to book a mobile espresso cart or cater a coffee bar, call Joe's On The Nose. Our Wedding was on April 18 2015 and it was perfect with having Cappuccino onCall. My stress level (as the bride) was through The Roof! I found Cappuccino on Call from my girlfriend who used his a few years ago at her wedding. They came very early for set up and the presentation with the Copper and old vintage bottles that made the station look incredible!

My mom, the groom's dad, the groom's sister (who is a professional caterer), EVERYONE was so impressed and happy with the service.
