Konark Grocers — Attraction in Parker

I usually give better review. This is the time I am very disappointed with the response I got from the lady standing on the cash counter. This incident happened today on March 30, 2022. I bought few items from this shop around 6:30 pm. They made 3 bags and one bag had onion and tomato which I bought doing with other items. While I was checking out, couple of my friends checked in and they started talking to me. While talking I accidently picked only 2 bags and forget 3rd bag there at counter. I walked out with 2 bags. Once I realized that I forget onion and tomato bag then I came back to the shop around 6:50 pm. I asked to the last on counter but she said you took it. I don't have that. I asked you remember I bought it but I didn't pick up. Can you check? She said you took it. I checked at that time when you checked out, there was no bag. I don't have any issue if someone else took that but they say she responded it feels like, she is saying I am lying. This is only couple of $ but I disappointed with response. Worse store ever the employees there are very disrespectful they don’t answer questions they just look at you and don’t talk the prices are very high they lie a lot I went yesterday to see if they got the rice that I used to buy from them I found it and they put the price super high I asked why they said the company increased it and when I went to the other store I found it the same price that I used to always buy it for I asked the other store if the company increased the price they said no it’s always the same they fraud people I don’t recommend anyone to go their there is a lot of Indian store that are way better don’t ever go there I hope they loss and close...

Watch out. You might pick old stocks (food) as well as seal opened (inside the box) frozen stuff with a new tape on it, to make it look like a new one. We tried Guava fruits twice, each time we have seen it spoiled inside but looked good outside. Spoiled sweets, pastries and many more...

If you any issues with the food you buy, I would suggest to report it to Food Safety department rather than getting returns right away.

Be careful with that owner or manager, he tries to make you bad at the end, to deviate the issue. I heard similar things in my community and other groups as well. Will never visit this...
