It's a very calming and beautiful place to visit. You wouldn't know it's there because of all the buildings surrounding it. There's mini waterfalls, some with koi fish, turtles, and ducks. Lots of ferns and some variation of flowers. There's a grassy area in the center where you can sit and have a picnic.

Dogs are allowed, but they have to be kept on a leash.

There's also a high school on the property, which I found to be neat.

Home of the Rose Parade. It is a beautiful mansion and is mostly all original. The fireplaces are exceptionally beautiful. Each room has a different detailed ceiling. It is a self guided tour. The volunteers that answer questions are very knowledgeable and professional. The rose parade uses this mansion as office space, but on a tour you would never know that.
