I had the most wonderful time with Kensuke and my Deep Scalp Cleansing today! First off, I was late to my appointment because I couldn't find parking (heads up, I would get there at least 30 mins early to find parking). My appointment was at 1230 and I walked in around 1245 and (after a small bathroom break) we began at 1250. I was very apologetic and Kensuke was so sweet about it and told me not to worry. While we were in my session, he took his time. I was worried that because I was late that my session would be cut short but never did I feel rushed or a burden to his time. He took his time examining my scalp before hand, talking me through what I was seeing on the monitor, his hands were gentle yet firm enough to really massage the tension out of my head, and his demeanor just immediately put me at ease. This was like a facial for my head! Amazing, relaxing, rejuvenating. I had Ken who was nothing short of AMAZING. Definitely ask for him. Was super sweet and gentle and went above and beyond. The hair washing is soothing, the attention to scalp health is interesting, and the massage made me fall asleep it was so relaxing. The whole place is very dark and modern in a luxurious way.
