The first time I came in I dealt with Hector and he was very much a salesman I bought my first pair of casual boots not a bad pair The brand Silverton did okay for a casual boot so I came back in need of a pair of work boots since Silverton brand did me very well I purchased their work boots only to have the heel get separated from the main part of the boot in which they offered to exchange me for another pair or having them sent into a shoe cobbler saying it was a manufacturer's defect and it was order of the Silverton boot company to do such an exchang Knowing that's not how things work since I've worked retail before but I digress a few days after I had received my work boots the second time the heel cap essentially the tread of the boot was coming loose to where I had to deal with Hector again and he only offered me in store credit for a bunch of stuff I didn't need or want I asked if I could receive a discount on different pair of boots to which he told me it was not fair for the store to give me a discount on top of the credit and it shouldn't be very difficult for me to come up with the difference to which he turned his back on me and started singing in Mexican causing me to feel very uncomfortable about the situation and not satisfied with not only his customer service but the store's policies I informed him if I need to spend more money to get an actual product that's going to satisfy my needs after the customer service I had received I will be doing it somewhere else and I felt like I was being lied to and being taken advantage of by Hector for not backing up their product that he initially told me was a great product due to his explanation of its construction after only walking in them and driving a forklift...

Horrible service. I arrived up at 6pm with my friends whole quince Court. Two ladies were inside the door was locked, even though they close at 7pm. They opened the door to let the customers that were still inside out. I tried approaching and a lady with black hair and a pony tail attempted to close the door in my face, I held the door open and asked are you guys closing or what’s happening? You guys close at 7pm. She rudely said we forgot to take our lunch break so we’re taking it now. I asked how long is your lunch break she said an hour long. I then asked so after your lunch break are you closing or can you still give us service. She rudely denied service and slammed the door in our face. This was my first experience in this store and even buying my first pair of boots. Very unfortunate that they hire such rude people. I would not...

Found a pair for my big foot to get in! I've got a high arch and no shoe horn helps but they had a couple to try. A little bummed out the super cute ones were for kiddos or smaller shoe sized gals. Having almost a size 10 makes it rough. But they had a great array of styles for men, women and children. Great customer service and I'll say, I was a little timid going into to a business in downtown pasco but, these employess were more than welcoming and helpful! I had the whole store with shoe boxes everywhere and when I offered to help Luis exceeded my expectation by declining my offer and said it was not a problem!
