Mi Gusto Es Boutique — Attraction in Pasco

Today I went with my cousin looking for a prom dress for both of us it was the worst experience ever as soon as we walked into the store an employee was following us everywhere we went to look for a dress in peace and she was like two feet away from us all the time until we finally found a dress we asked her to give us a fitting room as soon as me and my cousin were walking into the fitting room I over heard the employee tell another employee or owner who ever was there to go check the cameras on us there was a lot of other customers that were there and we were the only ones being targeted and as soon as tried on the dresses we went out to look at it in the mirror and when we went back into the fitting room to take off the dresses the lady was looking under the dressing room curtains and told us to lift the dresses off of the floor as soon as we were taking it off we liked the dresses but decided not to buy it due to the way how the employees or owner made us feel I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy or shop there I know I wouldn’t ever go back to that store after this bad experience it’s not like I can fit a dress inside my...

I don't recommend this store. They had a hard time communicating when our order was ready. We'd message and message to get no response. When they do answer and say the order is ready and you can come pick it up, when you get there it turns out everything is very badly done. They did a horrible job on the brindis for my Quince and we had to get it redecorated. I had a special request to see if it was possible to put my bouquet(ramo) on top and if not, for there to be one put ontop. We get home (4 HOUR drive) and see they put the WRONG color flowers on it too. The wiring was not full covered and looked horrible. Not to mention there was not gold on my dress and they "covered" the stand wire with gold. They GLUED down the bottle used for the toast as well to the base not even in the holder. The bottom part lined with ribbon wasn't even correctly glued. The top part where the bouquet should've been was BARE, there were 4 flimsy flowers used in an attempt to cover it, 2 were pink? To say the least, my dress is not pink..at all. And we were over all very disappointed since it was...

My words cannot even express the amazing experience me and my daughter had during the year of planning my daughters quince.

From selecting her gorgeous dress to getting the Damas dresses, when one didn’t fit resizing, new order and arrival was quick. Selecting chambans gorras y vests(our personal choice to only get those) to setting up the remainder of quince stuff like brindis.

Krystal and her staff are amazing! always helping with other stuff like limos salon suggestions (There was an unfortunate stress moment w the salon with a different unrelated & not associated with Mi Gusto Es Boutique). Adding last minute bow on my daughter’s dress. And to top it off, two days before the quince helping me get my dress. This doesn’t even cover everything.

Customer service is beyond amazing, material and items I’m beyond satisfied, I’m just so thankful for the blessing God provided during this memorable important day for my daughter and selecting Mi Gusto Es Boutique. I know I’ll definitely be a returning customer and strongly recommend.
