Place has potential if people actually followed the rules . A lot of people there were walking on the platform with their shoes on and not covered . When signs are everywhere about the shoes . One guy was completely barefoot touching the foam pit and everything with his bare foot and nobody was doing anything . He finally got “spoken” to about it and he still stayed there in plain sight sitting by the trampolines and foam pit with his barefoot out and they did nothing more afterwards. It’s disgusting and repulsive seeing another grown man’s food in a place where kids are freely jumping around and trying to enjoy themselves . Others were bringing outside food up to the platforms …. It’s crazy what people get away with nowadays and then get mad when they are the ones messing it up for everybody else smh . You need more people patrolling who is actually gonna do their job and monitor the people on the platforms and whatnot . It’s like a zoo in there...

I went to the Merrimack location last week with 3 kids (ages 6, 9, and 11) and the workers had no problem with me going on the trampolines to make sure I kept track of the children, and even jumping around a little.
